I made 21 bets, so here's my review:

The site looks fine and feels smooth as far as the gambling process itself is concerned (the dramatic background theme sometimes interrupts but it can be an issue on my side). I can't really say that I'm a big fan of this game as it's gotten tiresome after playing a few rounds (to each their own, though), but it can be a good start anyway for introducing more games (like dice, BJ, or whatever) since you have everything else in place (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, etc)

As I said, I made 21 bets (lost something, won something), but my bet history is empty (checked a few times, still nothing shows up). Looks like a bug to me (if it looks like a bug, feels like a bug...). Apart from that, to make a withdrawal you have to fill in the country of residence and your birth date. Not a big deal, taking into account that you can type in whatever you want there, but more honest guys like myself may not quite love this feature (I don't, casino-wise)

Now I will try to withdraw the funds, see how it goes, and then update the review

I must say, here on Betnomi is a solid UX design, and it's easy to understand how to play and to navigate through the casino. Design is solid, without unnecessary distractions.
Personal profile dashboard is also okay, but where is "back to the game" button there? I must edit link in the address bar on my browser.

I am not sure about "provably fair" when of my 10 bets, one is crashed on 78x multiplayer and all other between 1.01 - 1.19x. I ended up feeling like I didn't have a chance to win here. It is based on my previous experience with Blast game on other casino's.

KYC drama is no need to be real drama because of its enough to select 18+ date of birth and any virtual first and last name. It's enough. But there is an option to fill the phone number, city, address ... I guess there is a KYC idea, I hope it will be ignored.
I did not try to withdraw, because I lost all of this giveaway money  so, unfortunately, I can't say how it's withdraw working.
Withdrawing process is a little bit weird to me, withdrawing crypto assets, but still, need to fill amount in the dollar.

Also, they need to fix stuff promised on the welcome email until they are truly integrated. someone will accept it as real, so a new attack on your reputation can come from that for example.

So, maybe we're talking about these 100 free spins, though I don't see it as an option how to claim it, except to use "Bonus Code"

Website UI

Well the website's UI is simple and can be easily understandable by any player. I have tried the site on a mobile device and it looks cool and mobile-friendly, it is more balanced than the desktop version for me, Maybe my browser is in a huge load. The colors are soft. The website is really attractive to the players and it makes the player bet more and more every time (for me this happened and I made 20 bucks and lost at by 20th bet sad for me). For me, the whole site looks good and clean.

Suggestions:

- Well when a user has deposited the money and is betting it must show our bets instead of all bets. So a user knows what he is betting and what outcome he is getting per bet.
- The deposit and withdraw button must be shown at the front so a player does not has to waste time in finding those buttons.
- When I go to withdraw option - it says "Profile data missing" when I clicked on profile it asked for some personal information. The suggestion is that you make the "Profile data missing" option in the center of the screen not after the icons ob BTC/ETH.
- When I inserted my email - I hoped to get an email verification instead of a promotional email, What if a user lost his credentials and you will just simply send the reset link to the email which is never authenticated? What if a player inserted some random email?
- Under Follow Us button - Instagram/Facebook/Github icon redirects to telegram. It must redirect to Instagram or maybe its there for no purpose?


That is a quick review.

I'ev received the funds and made the stipulated 20 bets. So far, it looks like we can only play "blast", a game mode that I had seen before but never actually tried. It's fun enough if you are not risking any money, but like any casino game, I wouldn't bet with my own money. Navigating the site is easy, and it brings many self-restricting features, to prevent serious losses on gambling and adiction.

Something I haven't liked is the following; when I go to the withdraw page I get this:


Okay, fair enough; but once you go to the profile data, only your birth date comes with an asterisk (*); the universal sign of compulsory field. The rest look like optional.... but they aren't! If the site aims to catch more crypto users, this restrictions should be lifted; people want to keep their anonimity while playing and will most likely go to other sites that don't require that much verification. I'll take myself as an example; I have completed all the fields, but I still get the message saying I have to fill in the info. Funny that it's only compulsory for withdrawals and not deposits....

Another thing that you could do is to allow BTC balance; people here have BTC and want to play with BTC. If you force people to exchange everything to a fiat value, they may loose money with price fluctuations.

Apart from that, the amounts won in the "my bets" and the "balance history" don't match. I see a diference of 0.08€ in total between both sites. It may not seem much, but taking into account that the total wagered ammount has been of 3.2€, 0.08/3.20; I'm a 2.5% short. I understand that there is a rounding up on every time you hit "stop", but if you are going to round the balance down, you should display it too.

I've requested the withdrawal, but I already see a couple of things that can be improved. First of all, change the text of "deposit" inside the withdraw tab.... Apart from that, it'd be nice to see how much crypto we are going to get from the amount we are withdrawing, see what market rate is applied. And to finish this point; I can see a "cancel request" link, but no confirmation or similars neither on site or on my email. Apart from that, it's funny how you need to use a password to change the user details but don't need to use it to request a withdrawal. It'd also be nice if you could see what address you are sending the withdrawal to, to prevent clipboard malware or manipulation of the records

To put an end to this review.... I've received the funds, and the amount matches the current market exchange rate, altough, as I've mentioned, it'd be nice to see it before hitting the button; and deposits not getting converted into fiat would be something better for crypto-users. I miss seeing the TxID in the withdrawal request, seeing it may prevent misunderstandings similar to the site saying that has sent X funds, but user has received none.
