I'd say duplicate topics aren't allowed. If you're sure they're the same person, just report one of them. Or, if it's plagiarism, just report it as such so the user can be banned.

Not sure how that could increase sales! Unless you are planning to use these accounts to keep bumping your threads and avoid the 24 hours bumping limit.
It might be considered as cheating.

Technically, you will break three rules/guidelines and using multiple accounts won't matter since they are managed by the same person and advertising the same product:

1:

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours

2:

30. Similar marketplace items must be listed together

3:

12. No duplicate posting

Yes, that seems to fully cover it.  He removed the ALT thread sales for which I give him kudos as since it was the right thing to do and @Virtual Reality I did remove that post from your thread.

he is Jr Member now and used to commenting posts on everybody thread.

Those are comments that OTHERS have sent AGAINST the person you are complaining about.  Click on TRUST then click on SHOW ALL TRUST (or untrusted trust) sorry, SHOW RATINGS.  I know nothing about brayktcristal.

Can i bump that Scam alert thread posted by me on Digital Goods and accounts category So people like newbie who don't know how to use this forum.
should know it before they get scammed again.

I am not sure if you can but you should move the scam accusation to Scam Accusation.
scams are not regulated in the forum and is not bannable(unless they broke one of the rules then will surely get banned) that is why members/DT's put rest tags/negative feedback or create a flag to warn other users to not to do business with the tagged user.
