Again i think this is very misleading! As a customer you are mislead with a incorrect price and wrong information on shipping location!! I would like to hear your review on this

I ordered MICROBT WHATSMINER M3X from their website, i paid in total around 450-500 euro for the products, shipment plus custom fee.
And 3 days ago i got the products, it is used, broken, in very shit condition and is missing the psu.
I asked already full refund, im waiting for their answer.
Ps: they are shipping from Hong Kong.
The shipping was from China, the product was in use and not good.
There is a response from another user with more detailed information but everyone agreed that the shipping was from China.
