Will you start buying after the release of the vaccine or are you go going to wait or are you now buying because you know the market will eventually get better.

We really dont know how did the pandemic affect the coin youre aiming to. And don't rely on a bounty coin .
With the duration of the pandemic it doesnt affect Ethereum. So i think it is the right time to buy which you can hold the coin for a long term.

for now, I stopped to buy assets, and focus on increasing their assets by working. however, I ran out of cash to buy assets. Well, if there is information that can make the price of a bitcoin/altcoin pump in the near future, I might make that decision. unfortunately, I did that before halving happened.

The market has been priced right before the halving event, so I don't agree with your points. In the long term it will be a better idea to buy the financial asset before the event gets prices on the market. Halving price was low than previous days, so there is a strong logic to buy before it becomes too late.

The pandemic has greatly affected everyone's life including business but one thing is clear, it is not that deadly as predicted earlier. Not sure what you are claiming here, no country developed any kind of vaccine for the corona virus and from where you are getting all these information.The pandemic created an  economic crisis and it is much bigger than anyone could anticipate.

That is always best to sell them when we make some decent profit because nobody doesn't know how long it will take to increase their prices. Still, there are chances for altcoins to drop their prices again once the price of Bitcoin drops again, that's why we should always hold funds in order to buy them at lower prices.
