You can't make a decentralized casino, because for a business like that you need a bankroll, and the profit from the business should go somewhere. Did you already think about that?

This is a complex topic because someone has to pay for the server and someone needs to be responsible if the casino get hacked.

ok, but what happens if I lose a bet? Do you keep that as profit? If it's that way then your casino is centralized.

If you want to make an on-chain casino and let all running in the blockchain then that's not a Decentralized Gambling Platform, that's just a Punk Casino running without a licence.

I mean, you'll need to move each and every new deposit to a completely different address and that too each assigned to a newer one every single time a transaction is made through your website. There are a bunch of smart contract betting platforms that are non custodial. You have Degens Betting Exchange running on ethereum and Wagerr which runs on some proprietary blockchain.
