You can try LBC or use any other way to buy Bitcoin. Search using <Goolge (Buy bitcoin XXX 'your country')> and you will find less expensive ways.

Well technically its through my walmart money card which is thru green dot. I can transfer funds to any other green dot card for free and also it is not reversable.once sent
