Really? Have you ever visit your website? It looks created in 1990!
The interface of the website looks very inexpensive and outdated. It sounds like you could really do better. Don't be angry with me, I just think you really need to do better.
They can still improve their website. Anyway, they are just starting here.
What are the basis of the reviews that your team have given to each casinos or bookies in your site?. I suggets that you should also add reputed casinos and bookies in your site and in my own point of view that the site that will be mostly used is casino as of current situation due to covid-19.
Interested also what are the major factors they are considering for this review? If they can add known casinos that are here in the forum, they might get the interest of the players here.
Hello guys. Well, first thanks for your feedbacks.
Indeed, it is correct your point that the website can still be improved. We have been hit pretty hard by the coronavirus pandemic and it is quite hard to operate efficiently in this environment. Honestly, I think that the same applies equally to any of the casinos that I see on this forum (it is true that the business is operated online). In particular, I am thinking at our section dedicated to sportsbooks. We are adding live odds from some bookmakers, so that bettors can compare different odds from different bookies instantly and get the best bargain on the market. As most of the international events were cancelled, this is quite a harsh time to implement that kind of tool.
However, our website is not (and will never be) an online casino. For that reason, I believe that contents are the main priority (rather than design). There are many gaming and sports-betting operators out there that are money-grabs. Some of them do not have a gambling license and are not subject to any kind of substantial control in terms of fairness and honesty of the services they offer. Others, put in place marketing techniques that are simply deceptive (and this is especially true when it comes to bonuses - and we can see them everyday: high roll-over provisions, that are often calculated with shady formulas and unclear/tricky promo codes). This is the environment in which any gaming professional operates. And I think that what players need the most is reliable information. Gambling is fun when it is operated under some basic rules of honesty and fairness (sadly, often overlooked).
We are providers of corporate and accounting services for the gaming industry. Our professionals publish editorials on international magazines. We are no marketing experts, but we know the business and we want to leverage our expertise also for the benefit of players.
Our reviews are based on real experience. We use our money and stake our own money to perform some real-testing on the promotions, on the games and on the betting platform of sportsbooks and casinos. We check whether it is easy for users to withdraw their funds when they want (i.e., if the casino or sportsbook takes too much time to process the payment, or if it just makes excuses to delay the payment). We make no judgement on the quality of games, because, as ancient Romans used to say "de gustibus et coloribus non disputandum est": in other words, players know better than anybody else if they like the games or not.
Again, I thank you for your feedback and will work harder in the coming weeks to improve the quality of the website! In the meantime, I wish to all of you a great Sunday!
