Unfortunately, the use of reversible payment is dangerous for the person who is trading with you, so you must gain sufficient trust. "It does not matter whether the second party is trusted or not."
You can try LBC or use any other way to buy Bitcoin. Search using <Goolge (Buy bitcoin XXX 'your country')> and you will find less expensive ways.

Well technically its through my walmart money card which is thru green dot. I can transfer funds to any other green dot card for free and also it is not reversable.once sent
