Trying to keep the story short. I got introduced to a Dark/Deep Web trading platform which has given me a really good ROI, but this has been retained by the platform and every time I try to withdraw the funds they keep coming up with new procedures. How do I verify legitimacy of this platform I'm using? I don't have any information about it cause it is on the Dark/Deep web and the trader has no clue of how they work as a user, he just works with the trading part.

I'm sorry if there is any misunderstanding for anyone, I'm quite new with the BTC, started in October last year. I'm happy to clarify any further questions but I need your help Smiley

Regarding the "ROI" you're referring to, is that from your trading activities or you're basically just depositing money and receiving something in return on an hourly/daily basis? Are you sure it's not a cloud mining/ponzi scheme platform?

Anyway, it would be better if you could share the link of the platform, so we can help you.

What does mean ROI on a trading platform? I am not familiar with any exchange which has designed for dark web. There is no so called ROI on a trading platform. It's very simple to verify their legitimacy, just withdraw your funds and if they allow you for simple withdrawal means probably they would legit. We can't assure you since you haven't shared links. But before make any deposit you should confirm about their legitimacy which is quite complicated.

More important questions, from where you got this platform?

With respect to the above replies, the name of the platform is irrelevant here, as is where you found it and what the specifics are.

First of all, you said they've offered a "really good ROI". So good you couldn't pass it up? Too good to be true? Then it is. Red flag number one.

Second, every time you try to withdraw they won't let you. Red flag number two. I would bet they are asking you to deposit more to unlock your coins or achieve a bonus or improve your percentage or something equally nonsensical.

Third, the trader doesn't know how the platform he is trading on works? How convenient. Just keep giving him your money, its not his fault if you can never withdraw it, right? Red flag number three.

You are being scammed. Don't give them any more of your coins, and don't go through any more of their "procedures".

How do I verify legitimacy of this platform I'm using? I don't have any information about it cause it is on the Dark/Deep web

Before using any platform you should try to get information as much as possible about the service they offered whether it's on dark web or surface web especially if money matters, you can just google the name of the website and decide for yourself. Just remember if its too good to be true, 100% its scam.

You are scammed, stay away before it's too late.

First of all I want to remind you that legitimacy doesn't exist in dark web. Trading platform can exist in our free and accessible world wide web. If someone tries to bypass legal actions, it means he/she is doing illegal thing and is guilt from this step.
That person was unable to launch legal trading platform and decided to enter in dark web cause it's more safe to scam and easy to get customers who think that with visiting dark web they discovered hidden part of the world (forbidden fruit is always the sweetest).

The scenario is following: Website is scam and shows you number of increased earnings that boosts possibility from you to satisfy all or most of their needs to get reward. There are 3 variants: 1. User doesn't give information 2. User gives basic information 3. User gives even sensitive information, all what they ask for. In any way you are left without money and they get your money + 1st, 2nd or 3rd variants.
