Trying to find out more details on the ERC20 Wallet Address and how Do I get one.
Is the ERC20 Wallet Address the same as the Etherium wallet address which I can get on coinbase.com?

You can only receive erc20 tokens on your ethereum wallet address, so yes your erc20 address it same with your ethereum address, though you might need to add contract address of the erc20 tokens to display in your wallet

You can get an Ethereum address from Coinbase app but this address is only for Ethereum send and receive. You have to use myetherwallet address to receive altcoins. Use myetherwallet website or apps to receive both Ethereum and altcoins. Metamask extension will help you to secure myetherwallet wallet. This isn't part of Altcoins discussion

You can't use coinbase for all erc 20 tokens, you can only get an Eth wallet address on coinbase, to bank your altcoins, I suggest you download Imtoken or trust wallet, these wallet are very good, secure and easy to use.

I think it's better to use one of the purses mentioned just because when storing assets in various kinds of wallet will only make you confused what wallet to use, whereas if you only use one wallet you can become more focused on storing all important assets there.

other than that https://www.myetherwallet.com/ is also a great place for all ERC 20 tokens and maybe still to many more. it all depends on each person's favorite and I have long used MEW to store all my token assets there. if you are interested in using it as recommended by many people then you can choose it. trust wallet also including the place a good ERC 20 token.

You will get Different ethereum wallet address in different exchanges for receiving ether. But ERC-20 address is different from others. Here is the link https://www.myetherwallet.com/interface Visit the link and create an account. Carefully read the instruction and save the key keystore file. After successfully completion of you account you will get ERC-20 address.

ERC 20 wallet address are wallets that supports all ERC 20 tokens however there is a twist in things and that is, all wallets which allows users to be in control of their private keys makes the addition of various ERC 20 tokens possible in that particular wallet. That is, let's assume a new project gets launched on the Ethereum blockchain and brought its ERC 20 token, a user with his private keys can easily receive the new token in his wallet by just adding the contract address while in some cases the tokens reflects automatically in the wallet. This little illustration is not possible with centralized platforms like Coinbase because you do not have your private keys thus can only receive the tokens they support.
Therefore to get an ERC 20 wallet you use to receive a good number of tokens and coins, download and install trust wallet.

I think you can access the tokens if you own the private key, which is unlikely if its exchange address because there's a zero chance that the exchange will give you the private keys.

You're somehow wrong mate because ERC 2.0 wallet is also Ethereum but it only the wallet address that supported issued tokens on Ethereum's network while ETH wallet provided by exchange site are not ERC 2.0 supported and ERC mean Ethereum Request For Comments while the "20"  is unique number to define the token standard from others.

The OP might not have PC for that purpose and in that case Trust wallet is a very good one, being a multi-purpose wallet too. In addition to the desktop, Metamask has always proven to be very safe. Even where you need to connect your wallet address to exchange through your private key, Metamask will ensure that no one is able to access your security details. It also gives a warning when you are about to connect to an untrusted exchnage site.

Without an Ethereum wallet address, any other wallet address you can't get easily. The best way to get an Ethereum address is myetherwallet. From YouTube or open guide, you will get the opening process. Some browsers also support Ethereum wallet but you have to save 12 phases words. To hold tokens, myetherwallet has all options.

yeah, that's what i meant.
it will be very difficult for us to store in many types of wallets. but if we can handle and remember it, it won't be a problem if we use all types of wallets.

i also use various types of wallets, but i only prioritize one type of wallet and that is only myetherwallet.

Erc 20 is one of the best wallet Have been using imtoken for the past two year. Imtoken is indeed a nice wallet. The only issue I have with the wallet is that some of my coins don't actually reflect until I check with either scan.

It always better to use non custody solutions. And coinbase is not supporting majortiy of erc20 projects. Thats why my eth wallet should be much better solution
