It's a scam.

It's a complete rip off of the old cex.io site, which you can see here: https://web.archive.org/web/20200115220940/https://cex.io/

There are dozens of other scam sites using the exact same ripped off site, such as:

https://beldexcrypto.com/
https://royal-crypto.icu/

Their site says copyright 2013-2020, but according to WHOIS data was only registered 10 days ago.

Do not deposit any coins - they will be stolen. If you have made an account on this site and have reused a password you use anywhere else, I suggest you go and change it immediately.

I wonder where did you find this website when its only created days ago.

By the first look of the logo they are using its obviously a copy of cex.io, and there are lots of them on the internet, so ignore them for your own good.

Definitely that is the Scam So sorry , But you will not receive Any Bitcoin I did receive this kind of offer to help someone to withdraw their Bitcoin also although I didn't Do they change tricks every time but forget to erase the footprint Read my proof

I'm familiar with Many Exchanges but this one is Sound like Scam  don't Deposit any Of your BTC it cannot allow withdraw even if you will Deposit 0.01                                        First it does not Need any confirmation to open Account which is not Normal for Exchange  and there no Message like that from EU

There is no reason that you would ever need to deposit coins before being allowed to withdraw. Any service asking you to do so is a scam. This applies equally to exchanges, casinos, competitions, doublers, twitter giveaways, etc.

Do not send them any BTC.

It's an old scam trick. It has been here i think for about one and a half years. Do not send your money at all.

Almost all of them have the CEX logo with that weird cryptual wording

Another member almost lost money here with one of these  latest "cryptual" websites. Good thing is that he did not send the money
