1) JC NPXSM Nand Non-removal NAND programmer for iPhone XR/XS/XSmax
2) JC Baseband Non-removal NAND programmer for iPhone XR/XS/XSmax

They can change sysCfg region data including serial number,IMEI number
WiFi MAC address and bt MAC address both in baseband and in the nand without removal of the chips!!!
Very easy to make a iCloud locked board completely new...

Price is 680 euros plus shipping. I definitely accept escrow because the price is high

I am confused. Does this make icloud unlocked phones unlocked? Since the iCloud lock is tied to the system SN changing it should remove the lock. But your post title explicitly says (non iCloud lock).

If not then what would be the purpose of changing the system sn info?

I don't think I can change my title now, and sorry for the confusion.
Non-removal in the title means, you don't have to remove the NAND chip  

You are completely right, the way I have written the title it gives a wrong meaning.

you know what you could offer :

To unlock the phone for customers instead of selling the tool.

Like for example, someone buys a stolen locked iphone for $100 on craigslist.
They send it to you, you unlock for $100 and they have a unlocked stolen phone working  instead of spending $680 on a tool that they might just once.

Just a question, would I need both of these items to edit the sysCfg data or just one of them? I have a JC PRO1000S which the Baseband module would plug in to.

Both devices plug in the PRO1000S. You need both as the SysCfg data are written in the NAND of the motherboard (the flash memory) but also the baseband CPU has a flash memory chip as well where the SysCfg is also written.
The baseband programmer supports both qualcomm and intel basebands (different model numbers will have different chipset). Feel free to PM me if interested
