Can I post here for promotion or any discord server or something like that? I don't wanna break rules that's why asking. discord server link is crypto learn and earn related that's why asking.

There is no any rules about promoting discord server for learning bitcoin or crypto, so you can promote it.

But you should make it on one thread and updating in that's thread only. I remember someone is promoting his service (listing ICO in their exchange) by posting in every thread ICO announcement. That's prohibited since their are only advertising shills and spamming.

And be sure you're not promoting scam group, malware link or ponzi scheme, you'll be in trouble if you do it

Promotion = Advertisement

Therefore, you would have to adhere to the following rule:

Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful

Thus, you will only be allowed to advertise your discord server if it was of substantial quality. If its simply "come join my discord server to talk about crypto" then that would likely be removed. Its at the discretion of the mod handling the report or visiting the thread, but most posts that are posted simply to advertise a service are removed, unless it provides value to the forum or Bitcoin. For example, there's many service announcements, and there is even a dedicated section for it, but these are usually substantial services that either provide value to the forum or Bitcoin itself. These threads are usually quite substantial too, and not simple "Hey this is my telegram group, come here to exchange Bitcoin".

Although, you could promote any of your services, including your Discord server through your signature. This is usually the biggest incentive for users ranking up.

What you talking about? Why you should post in meta only, why not in other board?
Are you mean be an active poster will automatically get merit to rank up till member, and he can use signature without buy copper membership? You're totally wrong.
Be an active post in meta board not always get merit if your post is low quality and spamming, and also I have seen many member get merit in other board, not only meta.

Keep in mind only put refferal link/websites in signature or personal messages is not done yet, you must follow all the rules again Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ . If you're spamming and keep promoting in your signature/personal messages, your post will deleted by mod or get red trust

Better use your signature well in promoting your own link/discord server. Most users in the forum would not trust a Newbie account to make them earn crypto just by using discord, hence work hard a little to somehow make a valid and reasonable account for people to trust. Even so, you should also keep in mind that the action you are talking about doesn't break the forum's rules as long as you post your single and own thread in Services section (to be specific) and promote it there alone, meaning that you shouldn't spam links on your posts pertaining to the said server.
