GoDaddy make appraisals depend on already sold domain (exact match) in other extensions and each of the keywords values on the market.
Since there is no reference for binance right now, they give a random value based on domain names already solds and they contain the word binance (in a none exact match ofc)
Check namebio for example: binancewallet, binancecrypto they sold in an average of 200usd.
In case of estibot, they take it as: Bi Nance
Bots can't know the real value, humain appraisal is required for this kind of domain names
