Best option to convert Payooner to BTC

I am working with a project (not crypto related), I need some translator. Have never been with such things. I have been requested to get the translators. Hence, I'm thinking of hiring translator from bitcointalk. I have been asked to get paid with payooner but I am looking for BTC since I will hire the translator from here.
I don't have any idea, have never converted this pair. Please recommend me some best option to convert payooner to BTC.

CEX.io has been blocked by Payoneer a couple of years ago, and trading crypto is also against their terms of service, so using any large exchange (like Coinbase or coinmama) would be risky.

The safest option would be to use Paxful or LBC. If you don't want to go do KYC, then you can reach out to Shasan. I dealt with him multiple times.

One thing you should know: Payoneer will ban you at once if they find out that your transactions were somehow related to crypto.

As far as I'm aware, it's possible to exchange payoneer for BTC on localbitcoins, but it depends which region you're accessing from since the offer isn't available in all regions.

There are also a wide range of P2P and escrow groups on telegram, you can simply Google this:

This should pull up a list of relevant groups you can use to find a regular buyer for your Payoneer.

If it is possible without KYC, why would I bother to go through. Thank you for the recommendation, man. I already have been contacted by one user from here. I will be contacting Shasan if we can't come to a conclusion.
