Why people run away from trading!!!

Don't have a proper trading plan also can be a reason for someone to avoid trading after the losses they met.If we don't have a goal price to sell and buy on our own then we can get easily manipulated according to the market situation so we may urge to sell or buy than holding.And expecting huge returns when they begin their trading career which maybe possible but no one can make it consistent all the days/weeks.

Many traders don't know how much profit they should take if the market can increase higher because many of them want to make more profit. But unfortunately, they don't realize that the price can change anytime. If they have a goal price to sell and buy, I am sure that they can make a profit or if they lose, their losses will not be too big because they know how to reduce the losses.

People run away because they cannot recover their losses in a short time. Many of them are using the money that they should use for their daily needs. That is why once they lose, they are confused about how they will buy their daily needs.

Unfortunately we don't realize that it is not possible to sell and buy at the perfect high and low because it won't even last long with that price for minutes that is one of the main reason why we lose.One who trades with 100% of their portfolio will suffer from losses for sure,so we only have to trade with the little amount from the total amount we have.

People run away from trading because they are scared of loosing everything, that is pretty much could happen, especially taking into account unpredictable nature of crypto market. Undoubtedly, noone, should trade with money that he can't afford to loose. Further, you should have a certain portion of intuition for profitable trading - few people have it. So if you understand that you don't meet these requirements, you'd better dessapear in the trading world.

Agree, those three points are indeed the main factor of old and new traders leaving the trade, but I personally prefer the final point where most traders do not have enough patience until finally they sell in a panic or sell because they are motivated about a quick profit, so they decide to sell immediately because of worries about losses. So, in trading at least patience is the most basic thing that every trader must have if they want to succeed, because when they have the knowledge but do not have the good patience then the results will still lose too and difficult to get success will make them leave the trade faster.

No, we do not. But at least, we can sell in almost perfect high by our analyzing so we can still make a profit. When you decide to use 100% of their portfolio, you will get a big lose in trading because your initial money will reduce too much.

That is why you don't need to use 100% of your portfolio. It is too dangerous if you risk all of your money in just one trade because there are so many coins at the market which can give you the opportunity to make a profit.

It reminds me of my friend back then. She ran away from trading because of her losses. I asked her why she stopped trading. It's because she wasn't educated enough to be a trader. Although that she have watched some Youtube videos about cryptocurrency trading, it might not be enough for her to become a skilled trader.

I gave her some advice about going in to some online academy programs about cryptocurrency trading from beginner to advanced level. There are several of them like NewsCrypto, UDemy, TraderCobb, and a lot more.

I used to run away before because of not being educated very well with it. Despite that there are still risks for experienced cryptocurrency traders, it's much lower than inexperienced ones.

These kinds of people are not meant to be in trading anyway. They'll never grow old in trading if they have such attitude and market understanding. Then that was good that they run away in trading coz if they will push themselves in here, a lot of things can be wasted from them just like money, efforts, and time without having good in returns.

You are right trade will depend on skills and experience But escaping from trade is not the right solution  We can't learn anything if we run away This will increase the amount of damage So you have to hold on to it and try to move forward and learn better. Those who run away from trade have no knowledge of the trade  Professional traders will never run away from the trade  To avoid risk  you have to trade in harmony with everything If the amount of damage is high it is best to hold.

Those who runs from trading are the people here that wanted a easy profit and those people that had been lured to enter here just because had told to be easy profiteering.

Because of lack of the experience. For example image someone starts trading with some money and lose and again and again (during 1-2 years).
And he just lose his money without of any profit and leave the trading this loses while now and after 1-2 year he is experienced and very near to get some profit while he leaves because he lose too much.
So, here not having some patience is the reason why the run away and leave. getting some profit takes 1-2 years of experience.

The major reason people ran away from trading is lack of trading education, adding to that they also have this mindset that is a sharp sharp money, as in other words the money will come in within a blink of an eye. Not knowing that trading really needs time and lots of patience.

I think one of the main reason why most people run away from trading is because of the fact that they lack basic trading techniques and knowledge. Most can study and read chart so as to know when to buy and when to sell and as  a trader if you cant discern a good entry and exit point then definitely you will end up running at a loss

Obviously, trading is not for everyone and if you find yourself trying to fo trading but failing then that is not the field you are good at. Although it can be changed if you are dedicated to trading so you do search your way on how your trading results gonna mark green in the chart. There's a lot of ways before you could make your own trade successful without looking at the charts and that requires a vast knowledge and experience in trading.

OP, I guess it's different strokes for different folks. What kills others, keeps others alive. I don't think it's only trading people run away from. It cuts across all the strata of businesses. No one has ever remained in business for years. People try their hands on different stuff, seeking what suits them. It's normal. But whatever business one indulges, MM and patience are key to success. You're right on that.

One of the worst mistakes one can do while attempting to trade or learn how to trade is use the money they can not afford to lose. For example trying to trade using Life savings, borrowed money or Loans. If things go South. It can be catastrophic and can lead to Post traumatic Stress Disorder due to the heavy losses incurred.

Some have even borrowed to trade 😂

I have been reading a lot of articles on the forum and i have to say a lot of people are already giving up on trading due to some minor/major setbacks.

I write this article today to explain some few reasons why i think people are not really comfortable with the trading environment.
1. Lack Of Proper Trading Education
A wise man once said " Lack of education causes lack of progress which in turn causes lack of motivation". Most new traders have a common believe that the trading market is a Fast Money Producing market which is very wrong. Instead of learning the basics of trading and develop a reliable trading skill they settle for Signal groups or end up investing in a scam so called (money multipler groups).

2. No Risk Management
I am a victim of "No Risk Mangement". In my earlier days of trading, i always try to maximize profits neglecting the probability of the loss if a trading day/week doesn't go my way. The market is becoming unpredictable day by day, therefore traders new or experienced need to have a proper risk management regardless of your analysis of the market. I personally enter a position with 3 -- 5% risk of my total equity.

3. Lack Of Patience
The trading market is not always green or red, it's unpredictable as i mentioned earlier so there will be good and bad days for a constant trader. The aim of all traders is to at least 10X their loss in profits but if this is not the same for you, you need to be really patient with the market and try and go through your analysis and strategies all over again. Sometimes it might even require you changing the pairs you trade.

It is very easy to say those words but the problem to it is the execution and that is the common reason why many people are running away from trading. A small mistake in trading will endanger your capital or money even if you have patience, risk management and proper trading education.

Those can't be mastered easily not only if you have plenty of experience in trading therefore trading is only for the people who have guts or good in decision making.

Another reason why many traders leave this job is that they are lonely. This is completely true but rare. I had a friend who traded alone and his life was just a computer screen and lots of green and red candles. He still makes money but not big, he doesn't have friends who can share his feelings and especially he feels his day goes by too boring. he decided to look for a more flexible job environment to look for more opportunities.

They lost the money in 2018 when they bought bitcoin at a high price, and they frustrate to wait for more than 2 years because until now, the price is not back to $20k. But I believe that some people still hold their bitcoin and only waiting for that price come again at the market. No matter how long they will need to wait, they believe the bitcoin price will increase someday, and who knows, their waiting time will end on this year or next year.

Maybe you are right and Maybe they are running just to seek knowledge out there and bring back stronger and full of knowledge. That was a good attempt and tried to figure out what the things need to acquire to become successful. But even though we get back stronger and full of knowledge still not an assurance that makes everything will be fine, it also depends on how you adjust in every market change.  Because trading won't work with that simple and it needs hard works and dedication.

I agree with the three points mentioned in the opening post, especially point number 3, namely lack of patience. Most traders do not
have patience, buy or sell coins too fast. Remember in trading the key to success is patience. I'm actually surprised with people who
run away from trading. Though trading is the best way to make money in the crypto world.
