For the looks of the screenshot, he is using blockchain.com
There is something bothering me about that screenshot tough; it looks like it a "send" transaction, and that it has already been sent and confirmed by the network. If your address is 16gdg4Zf4oPqEZmG5y9NWjBynQTTZAaUkq, it's empty, and you can't spend an empty balance
Looking better at it now, the screenshot says:
From: 16gdg4Zf4oPqEZmG5y9NWjBynQTTZAaUkq 0.02134008
To: My Bitcoin Wallet $160.91
So I assume 16gdq... it's not his address. Instead, the closer to $160.91 from the outputs of that transaction is the 0.02134008 BTC sent to 1EBqWSNEasMQYnAUzE2heauDtdbgSyr16P, which output was spent and is indeed empty.
OP: Did you send 0.06485557 BTC to 1HdYoGXCCH1Pkaa7sTq4B1RyswsqAeukBw? If not, you may have been hacked and/or have a malware in your PC/device.
PT:
Still don't know if this is allowed... if not, please let me know so I edit this out
