There are casinos that ask for documents if they feel that something is wrong with your account and play history. This is applied for special cases and I've seen some gamblers that actually experienced this and told their experiences before because they have found trouble withdrawing their funds.
That's a different matter, the team needs KYC documents to prove ownership of the account or return the account to the original user if the report is hacked. In the gambling platform, KYC documents must not be requested unless the new gambling platform requires KYC then that is suspicion.

There are several points where site owners ask users to verify their accounts sending KYC documents and it seems that only they are suspected of cheating. There have been many attempts by gamblers to trick the site, one of the problems is having multiple accounts on the same site. When the owner starts to get suspicious about the accounts activities, KYC is the thing that will answer their suspicions. Many people do not like to reveal their personal data in the form of KYC on gambling sites because of privacy. So no need to force yourself to join a site that requires players to send KYC documents if we care about privacy.

The list is as comprehensive as it gets. I agree to most points written in here except for this one: 3. Stay away from casinos who requires KYC documents.
There are numerous legitimate crypto casinos nowadays asking for KYC since they are covered by KYC regulations within the region that they are servicing. This doesn't mean that they are untrustworthy or they will be using the information for something nasty; it's just there for compliance. Now I'm not saying I fully support KYC: I oppose it whenever the situation obviously doesn't need one but there are genuine instances in which KYC is really needed, and in this case, proof of account ownership should there be any anomalies happening within the account. This also gives you some form of protection--no matter how odd that seems to be--in times of hacks and whatnot.

9. If still you get scammed, do not panic, do not think its end of the world, gather all the related information you have and open scam accusation against them in the forum.
If you still get scammed, do not panic, gather all information and send it to game-protect. He will save the world and give your money back while scammers will be in prison forever. (I joke of course). Btw in this thread there isn't list given but a criterias that any user should consider. Since the bitcointalk is big community, personally I think that users should check ANN and scam accusation threads of casinos they are going to play on. This will lessen the number scam victims.

I would recommend to stay away from all online Casinos, the houese (owner of the Casino) always wins.
That's unfounded information. The house win but not always: if the house always win I see no reason why gambler Lome me would choose to gamble at their own expense. Believe this, those who think they're not going to win while gambling will ends up losing their betts in the process. The house win and I win which is equally a fifty-fifty win and not just a win for the house mate. As a gambler, don't attempt any game you're not good at to cast the blame on the platform (the House).

You should always consider the contentment on the profit you earn on playing gambling to avoid losing in the latter part.

3. Stay away from casinos who requires KYC documents.
Some casinos asks for KYC because they have to comply with legislations of the country from where they got their license. Better avoid them if you value your privacy. But doesn't mean they are going to scam you. 5. Always enable 2 factor authentication.
It may secure your account but won't prevent the casino from scamming you. I would recommend to stay away from all online Casinos, the houese (owner of the Casino) always wins.
Exchanges always win, mixers always win... Does this mean we should not use them! I'd add something: if you've been scammed and Game-Protect contacts you, don't give them any money. You'd be on a double-loss! If you still get scammed, do not panic, gather all information and send it to game-protect. He will save the world and give your money back while scammers will be in prison forever. (I joke of course).
game-protect's account has been banned.

Contentment is always been an issue in most gamblers and majority of them will surely play even if they already had win some amounts due to greed. It no surprising that people who do lose on a casino or any gambling site will surely say that the site isnt fair when they lose big time - nothing new. When it comes to checklist before on playing on a crypto casino then i will always look for positive feedback because if you do get this kind of sentiment then you can presume that it do generally checks out the box when it comes to qualities.

1. Check if there is any unresolved scam accusations against them in the forum.
First thing that should really be done if we are totally clueless on the sites reputation.Search everything when it comes to reputation. We will find out issues as well if it did get resolved or still pending. 2. Do not trust brand new casinos offering 100 or 200% depositing bonus.
Not usually the case yet there are really legit ones who make this kind of offer. 3. Stay away from casinos who requires KYC documents
KYC here on crypto space should really be crossed out. lol This is only applicable on fiat based casino but for crypto? (which i havent seen one). 7. Read their terms and conditions thoroughly.
People do always missed this thing and when problem arise then thats the time they would read up the TOS.

Not all online casino scams, because I am among those who always try various online casinos. Of all the online casinos that I have participated in, maybe around 60% scams. But every person has their own assessment of online casino, therefore the percentage of online casino the scams will be different from everyone. So my advice is do some research and investigation before joining an online casino. So minimize our chances of becoming victims of scammers. And most importantly used money that we can afford to lose as gambling capital, and don't get addicted in gambling.

The most ridiculous thing about such scams is that they require KYC only for withdrawals but you can freely deposit without passing it

Now a days I am seeing more and more crypto casino scams. I realized that it will be good to post a check list for newbies in order to prevent it before hand.
The most important of them all has to do with verifying if they have scam accusations against them to avoid falling victim to scams. Next is to read the terms and conditions before patronizing the platform to avoid regrets of not knowing their terms and also confirming your deposit address before sending your coins to the address both when you're withdrawing from the casino.

I don't like playing in crypto casinos at all Those who have experience here have more chances to win but lose more Gambling is not legal in most countries
In games that involves skill there's a difference but on casino games that are easy to play it's most likely the same. Having more experience can only get gamblers up to a certain point (setting preferred strategies, bankroll management, etc) because eventually the house edge would start to kick in. The most ridiculous thing about such scams is that they require KYC only for withdrawals but you can freely deposit without passing it That's what happens when gamblers quickly skip the terms and conditions on registration.

And would complain about as if like they don't know what they've agreed for. Additionally, one thing similar for that is having only one account, but end up being in a situation of account getting freeze because of multi accounts and complain again as i they don't know...

Point one and two are very important, before playing check if there are accusations and if they are trying to resolve, if they ignore the accusations, then it's not worth playing, better go for the next one. Brand new casinos offering a very high bonus is an alarm that you should not go for it, do not be greedy to fall for it And of course you can open a scam accusations but if it's a new gambling site, yours is a hopeless case.

Not entirely. I bet you haven't been around this forum yet. You will see some well documented winnings from different users here. Suppose you are betting in an online sports casino? It is your choice which team or player you are betting for. Players would not deal with casino owners to shave points just to gain the win. It is illegal. You are in gambling discussion though, so you will see a lot of threads about online casinos. You might learn some points on how to win.

You are already aware that you are currently wearing a signature of one of the online casinos you so despise? You even advise in your posting that one should stay away from online casinos, how does this fit in with the promotion of Bitvest? Now most crypto casinos are being scammed.
Can you somehow prove the statement that most crypto casinos scam their players? I would not have come across a single scam of a casino lately, would like to know where you got the information from? Don't get me wrong, I don't want to say that you should trust online casinos without any restrictions but to say that you as a player are only ripped off anyway is just wrong.

I never thought that terms and conditions is one of the criteria because reading 1000 words that's two or three pages long will really take up some time before you can play in the gambling site. My method in verifying if the Casino or Sportsbet site is legit by checking if they had an ANN thread here in Bitcointalk with a representative to answer all questions including criticism and to check good feedback from reputable users.

1. Check if there is any unresolved scam accusations against them in the forum.
2. Do not trust brand new casinos offering 100 or 200% depositing bonus.
3. Stay away from casinos who requires KYC documents.
4. Do not use same password for signing up with casino which you are using for this forum.
5. Always enable 2 factor authentication.
6. Always double check the deposit bonus terms (if opting for any).
7. Read their terms and conditions thoroughly.
8. Never Deposit too much money at once or leave your big winnings there for long time.
9. If still you get scammed, do not panic, do not think its end of the world, gather all the related information you have and open scam accusation against them in the forum.
This is what most of the new gambler are missing out they don't check the site's history and doesn't care about it until they faced some trouble on the site. I also don't trust my personal information when it comes to gambling or any other services unless they already proven that they are worth it for our trust and confidential files. It is always better to read thoroughly each and every terms and condition so we could avoid facing some troubles when we are using any platform not just on gambling but also in other platform such as trading.
