You can always anticipate that 2.0 will be release this year, and that was a big release so it's likely gonna cause an increase of ETH's value.
Thus far, the price is good, it's climbing to $200 now and this is what we like to see, as the halving is nearing, I can feel a little hype so let's hope it will stay for awhile. Buying ETH at the current price now still gives a good entry, as ETH 2.0 is worth at least $500 IMO.

lol, the good  time buying any crypto is when the price is low not when the price increase.
This always happen to all newbies late decision  to buy .you need to learn not to panic buying every time you see that the price increase  continuously ,timing  is really important here of if you want to earn from trading.

I agree with this, we should buy ethereum when the price is low because when we buy it at a lower price ad wait for the charts and trades until the value becomes higher and then sell our there, we can gain so much return on investment. Timing is really also important we must be wise in buying ethereum some newbies tend to buy coins when the price is becoming higher it is somehow good but we should also be wise.

I wouldn't be too certain about telling people that it's cheap and that ETH will repeat history of going back to go to a thousand dollars. I personally think it will, but personal belief has nothing to do with the outcome in the future. If people are willing to lose the money they invest, then sure, but this kind of advice usually makes people give money they can't afford to lose.

ethereum in its heyday had almost penetrated $ 1.5K, and to be able to repeat again at this time may require hard work from ethereum itself. I can accept what colleagues said above that our beliefs will not be able to change the results in the future. because I think that people can have their own principles in response to increasing ethereum and are willing to invest, not because of other people but better because they want to analyze themselves. so that when we experience something we still have faith that what we have determined is the best thing.

I think the development of ethereum is not very interesting anymore and when market conditions are currently experiencing price increases due to the effect of price recovery which usually happens often and many are using the moment of ethereum prices that are still cheap to buy so as to make prices rise.

If you have just bought ethereum when it has reached the bottom of $80, you're already in the profit now regardless of the ETH 2.0 update. You can happily sell without even the need wait for that update.

we are talking bout etherium on here and not btc  so why you guys related it to eth  ? so what if there are btc halving  .

 there are also eth 2.0 that can help uplift the price of eth  so no need to call btc for  help  . we shall keep in mind that eth is also a main coin just like btc so it will always get an attention no matter what happen   . im aware bout the crashing of coins lately so i assume that eth is one of it  . so obviously its a good time to bag coins where thier value is dumping  .

Ethereum is a good short term investment. You can try to profit off the 2.0 hype, but long term i think they will lose a lot when the Ethereum miners will move to another coin.

Ethereum is the best coin in crypto market. It has been high price in some few years ago. Ethereum coin future is too much good because its own blockchain and depend on own market. It's not depend on btc market

For your information, ethereum is not the best coin in the market, BTC is the king, and ethereum does not even give much profit as some other altcoin does. And it's always dependent on the bitcoin market, should bitcoin suddenly drop in price, eth goes down, should there be an aggressive bitcoin upward movement, there are big chances eth will dump as people FOMO on bitcoin.

If you think it is good to buy them follow your instinct I don't really trust the market right cause it not stable the market chart keeps moving up and down. Try another options instead on focusing on one coins there some coins that constantly having a good market value despite the unstable market flow such as LINK and TEZOS they have been making a lot of gains since late january and could still spike up even more once bitcoin's price surge up.

I Just want to ask why you feel it is good time to get some eth now that it has risen by almost 70%?
Why do some people wait to see a coin risen to some good percentage before they feel it is good time to buy? Maybe if you had bought a while back you would have been up by 70% in your investment,  eth is a good and trust project that don't  require too much thinking to decide,
anyways just curious why this is, different stroke for different folks I guess.

Yes, if everybody planning to buy ETH, I think it's prefer to buy now since it's not release yet. ETH is a great platform and there are more improvements to come. They continue to impress us about their progress. In some cases, a lot of coins also eth not only btc. Keep in mind that ETH is also top 2 best cryptocurrency, no doubt about. I guess in next days it will hit $220.

Where is the fun if there is no risk? Investing on anything on any time period has risk. There is no such thing as "risk free investment". Since you missed your chance to invest when the price was $100, doesn't mean that you will no longer be investing on ethereum. Waiting for the price to drop back to $100 is just a waste of time. It might even be possible that the price does not go back down to $100.
Instead of overthinking and waiting forever, just invest as much as you can.
