Judging by this thread and the feedback part of your profile, I'm assuming you still haven't found any customer for the type of service that you're offering and wanted to suggest having a portfolio of some sort in order to attract customers + show them that you're capable of the level you've listed in regards to different languages.
BTW, you don't need to copy your whole post for bumping purposes...
