If bitcoin's price continue side by side between $8200 and $7400 , than it's can the a small bull run for altcoins. As per previous history, everytime there was a bull run when the bitcoin's price stayed in a price range and continue that prices. So in my opnion, we can take a look into the top altcoins which have more potentials or going to have some major events in the upcoming days. Then we can invest in those coins/tokens after doing our own researchs.

I think the opposite. new coins now have more chances to take a leading position than those coins that were created in 2017. half of those coins are already dead. A very good example is NEM. I think that investors do not sell coins because they have big losses and they do not want to fix losses

Ethereum has been getting a lot of attention but do you really think that it would make you that much profit? I mean it is over 200 dollars right now and if you got in when it was very low that might have helped you, however how much could you profit with ethereum in the long term? 3x at max? I mean 600 dollars is basically the maximum I can think ethereum could get this year, and that is by a far stretch as well, I doubt it will be even that much.

So, if you want a guaranteed investment that you will see your profits, go buy ethereum, I am 99% sure it will make you a profit in the long term for sure, however if you want something bigger, you should try to look for coins with a lot less marketcap because that means they have a bigger chance to increase a lot more.

yeah, NRG is not that much suitable coin for long term holdings. But Tezos is a good compitator between the top ranking cryptocurrencies. Also BCHABC is not like that much profitable and i think MXC will be best for in that place. But the list is awesome.

NEM is an example of a new coin that has good potential to develop in the future, but if we calculate the number is very small for new coins to develop or enter into a calculated coin in the market. To get a profit in investing, we must be very careful when choosing, and have a target in investing. It's not that nobody believes in a new project, investing must have a strategy and goals, if there is no purpose the consequences are fatal. When deciding to invest, we have to be realistic and have targets so we can get the benefits we want. Suggestions from friends above is appropriate to buy coins in the top 20-50, because in investing not only regarding quantity, but invest in quality.
