Namecoin wallet help

so i start my namecoin wallet and i get a namecoin error saying "Error loading blkindex.dat". then another window pops up saying a runtime error. i cant figure out how to fix this it worked fine about a week ago.

It seems blockchain is corrupted...
1) backup your wallet to a safe location(the most important part  )
the wallet (wallet.dat) can usually be found:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application data\Namecoin(Windows XP)
C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Namecoin (Windows Vista and 7)

2) delete all files except "wallet.dat" from

C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Namecoin (Windows Vista and 7)

3) restart namecoin client and wait until synchronization will be completed.

If you cannot see the AppData folder it could be because it's hidden from view.  Check by launching Windows Explorer then click on the View menu on the ribbon, now tick 'Hidden items'. Important: close the Explorer then reopen, refresh does not seem to work here.
