That's BS. POLO is a crap exchange site. If the platform was being lag caused by there were so many traffics around the site but i would not be surprised to see that caused by individual cap is too big.

5k for each account? that's 20x from individual cap that already applied on binance launch pad.

It is too early to tell about their performance. Wait for at least couple of months if they are still rising.

Check after couple of weeks if they are still rising. The team will get tired of wash trading in case they are doing this strategy. Price manipulation is not a sustainable approach. Develop the project to have real application to maintain its presence in the market. Many have already lost their trust to Polo so they better be careful in adding more controversy to their exchange.
