Most themed crypto that I know of, don't really implement their supposedly application in the market. Usually they will be good at the start of introducing their project but later on they will just focus on listing to exchanges. Creating fud and all but forget their real purpose.

Answering of about this blockchain projects that do pertain into a particular sector ex. dental? I dont hope that much yet it would still takes time for this to have that adoption.
Well, its a good progress on where we are heading but doesnt mean that it will insure profitability into its investors. Nothing is assured because everything would vary on the demand.
Adoption is hard if they will not be looking for potential partners. They can always start to 1 or more dental clinics as partners but if it will only be just talk and no action, they will not achieve their target objectives here. Most of the time, they will say about the industry they want to explore but they are not doing any action on their side how to create adoption. They thought those clinics will come to them, nope, they should be the one aggressive in approaching them.
