Hi again!
I want to know which types of oil can be use for immersion cooling.
Paraffin? Or which types of oil can be used, rather than specific immersion oil sold by mining companies.
If possible, which fluid can be use for two-stage cooling?

Do NOT use paraffin or mineral oil -- they attack the various plastics used in electronic devices such as nylon and pvc and make them very hard and brittle. A much better choice are silicon-based fluids such as those from Clearco which are designed for use with electronics. 1 catch - being an industrial fluid only companies can buy it, private individuals cannot purchase it directly from Clearco.

Keeping on topic, the most efficient fluid to use is Novec from 3M. Do be aware that it is VERY expensive and you MUST ensure that it is used in a closed system as the fluid will evaporate.

Just do a search for '3M Novec fluid' and you will get several links for suppliers as well as links for other heat transfer fluids that can be used.
Another fluid to use would be from a company called Engineered Fluids who are based in Texas. While their heat transfer fluids are mineral-based they have been tailored for use with electronic gear.

How long will it take for those effects to become visible with mineral oil?

What's the price of that Clearco?

Will mineral engine oil work for not so long periods?
Something like this: https://www.feuvert.pt/oleo-de-motor-contact-15w40-5l-23162

Also, do any of you guys know a good place to buy a proper fluid without selling a kidney?

This brings back memories to like 2016-2017 era where we all discussed this in the past. We all wanted solutions for quieter heat transfer so we could home mine in our bedroom but at the end of the discussion, the costs just weren't worth it. I think the water cooled method was a little cheaper and there was some guy who literally used a car radiator to water cool his rigs in his shack somewhere on his farm, and by "farm" I mean he was actually mining at his farm. I believe the video might be on youtube somewhere.

Water cooling might be a better solutions however there is still costs involved and the biggest issue is the bulk amount of space that is going to be required. I remember I had an Antminer C1 (or C3 forgot the name) and an Antminer S3. Basically they were similar however the C1 was very quiet due to the water cooling however it took up basically 3x times the amount of real estate pretty much.
