case of over 25 000 euro

from December to March I played argocasino, license Curacao 8048 / JAZ, I only played sport. They closed my account on March 23. They wrote:
This e-mail is to inform you that account XXX was closed and last deposit have been returned to the original payment method. The account has been closed on the basis of information received from the Risk Department of software provider of our Sportsbook and in accordance with paragraph 3.8 of the ArgoSport Rules.

3.8 The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, at any time, to cancel bets, to refuse to receive any kind of bonus or participation in any promotion, or to exclude any client from the Bonus Program and also to prohibit the opening of an account or close an existing one without prior written notice and any explanation


They have closed my account because of the paragraph 3.8, but there is nothing written there that they can take my funds without the reason. They canceled my sport bets that were settled correctly. Argocasino without reason canceled these bets and closed the account. They referred to the internal risk department, which allegedly allowed them to cancel withdrawals and close account. I understand that they have the right to close my account without giving a reason, but canceling bets without giving a reason is like stealing to me

They wrote that they returned my last deposit of PLN 800 (13.02) on ecopayz, but they didn't. They don't let me defend myself in any way, I don't have access to the account, they never wrote back to my emails since then. They don't want to give me back earned over 100,000 PLN (over 25,000 euro) which I had on my account.

Argocasino? Never heard of it before. Why invest such big amounts in a relatively unknown site op? Askgamblers gave them a rating of 7.4/10 which seems decent, but there are far better options out there.

I don't think Argocasino have their own thread in this forum which is why I don't think a scam accusation thread against them would work.

did you try contacting the people in SBR ? if you haven't already done that make sure to inform them , they may be able to help you with that case but I never seen anything related to argo casino in the past

make sure to submit a complain and post in their forums , the odds aren't great but it's worth a shot

Some players always like to experiment. They always think that something new and unknown is better and that they will make more money. But that is often a trap and at the end they are surprised if they lose money or their data is abused. But that is probably human nature.

1) What was your total investment in the site (deposits)? Not the amount you earned through bets, only the total of your deposits.

2) How did you find the site, and did you take advantage of a promotion or bonus when you signed up? If so, please give details.

 I started to request withdrawals. From the 9th February to the 23rd March I received 14 withdrawals of PLN 2,000, 1 withdrawal of PLN 1,500 and one of PLN 1,000. I received the last payment of PLN 2,000 at 23 March 2020. Then they closed their account for no reason

I didn't take bonuses out there, I played mainly football and NBA.

I have no ideas on how to get this money back.

Even if it is popular in Poland, there are far better alternatives out there in terms of legitimacy etc. You took the risk and got screwed. Also, it seems like this casino doesn't support crypto either and is just a FIAT only casino.

This is a crypto forum op and you cannot expect to find FIAT casino related resolutions here. SBR could probably help you out like SyGambler pointed out.

This is a difficult case and it sounds like a scam to me. Don't contact game-protect, the account has a harshly negative trust on this forum for a reason. If you're unsure, just read some of the trust feedback and you'll see. I've never heard of this place, but I guess you can try to file a complaint with them via Askgamblers: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/argo-casino-review/. Since it's a public space, they might feel more pressured to respond properly. They seem to respond to complaints within a day, and all cases are resolved. So there's a decent chance it'll work out, I guess. Oh, and if they accept Bitcoin (I guess they should if you're writing here), you can open a scam accusation against them on Bitcointalk to raise awareness: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0.

Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved.Their supervisory authority does not write back ,it was known that they would not help, it's Curacao after all.SBR is also silent.

You should try askgamblers but don't trust game-protect to resolve your issue. Game-protect already had scammed his previous client, check here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183189.0 . Choosing him would lead to your time and money go waste.

just look at his profile to understand that it is not a good idea to trust him at all
