Neither the government, nor the president, are king. Returning to normal life is up to you and the rest of the people.
If the government forces shutdowns and lockdowns, it's because they have found that few people take them to court to force them to give proof for their actions. Remember that all the Cornavirus stuff is hearsay. So is the idea that people are dying in greater numbers than other years. People have been dying, like, forever. This is no different.
Back-to-normal is something that changes all the time. The difference is that this time it changed rapidly, based on the fact that people believe a bunch of media science fiction. What we have right now - lockdowns and shutdowns - are the new normal
if we let them remain the new normal.If you want things to start to get back to the normal of 2019, get the real facts about the Coronavirus. Then, after you see that it is mostly fake-news, get back to work. And sue any government officials and their bonds if they mess with you for not obeying them. However, there is a better way... a way to make a lot of money off the deal. Here it is.
The 13th Amendment says, no "involuntary servitude." So, if you are ordered to do something that you don't want to do, by a government official, do two things:
1. Tell him nicely that you don't want to do it voluntarily (nicely so that he doesn't arrest you on the spot);
2. Then tell him you will do it if it is his order for you to do it.
If he says, "No, it's not an order," then don't do it, because you already said you weren't volunteering to do it, and he just told you that you didn't have to do it.
If he says or suggests that it
is an order - remember, you already told him that you aren't volunteering to serve him and his order, but that you will do it if he orders you to do it anyway - then do what he orders you, because you will be doing it under duress against the 13th Amendment. Then give him an invoice in the amount you feel is appropriate ($500,000) for the service you are providing for him under duress against the Constitution.
I mean, it's only right to get paid when you are obeying him, right? I mean, he gets paid by his boss when his boss orders him to go out and do things to people, right? So, why shouldn't you get paid for doing what he orders?... just like he gets paid for doing things his boss orders him to do? And since he isn't naming an amount, and since you are being forced in the land of the free and the home of the brave - AND against the 13 Amendment - make it for whatever high amount you want, right?
But absolutely try to get evidence of your conversation. Have witnesses if you can. Record it with your phone, and get one of those little, cheapy, $10 audio recorders that looks like a flash drive, and have it turned on in your pocket. And have your witnesses do the same.
Start doing what it takes to get things back to
