What a shame that most of them got permabanned, those rare UIDs went to waste.

I click on some users in OP and some of them are brandnew, with last login time is their creating time too.

I know it is a discouraged idea but it we ignore the common rule acceptances on the forum, having such beautiful user IDs is not too bad. Unfortunately, we can not create a user with beautiful user IDs, and sell them later or buy them from someone else. Because even with a beautiful user IDs, we can not change our usernames. It is discouraged so theymos will never accept username change requests for such cases. I am kidding.

Nope, you can't.
You are also can't have same username on different UID (if you are planning to create new account with new UID but same username)

No. I think not even theymos could change his own UID, correct me if I'm wrong.

Unfortunately, we can not create a user with beautiful user IDs, and sell them later or buy them from someone else.

I will not even bid if it will be auctioned and besides it is discouraged here to sell accounts.
