I already wrote a review about my first experience with TS (topic starter) about 5 years ago. Now I want to share what happened over the past 5 years. Nothing has changed. I have been using the service for 5 years, I have already ordered 3 packages, all have been delivered, all work (until the card expires). I want to confirm that the information in the topic is true.
Important points:
1) Price. Yes, the prices are not small, TS works on a prepayment basis. But after so many years, I have complete trust in it and that TS will fulfill its obligations. Now it does not bother me, I know that if we agreed, everything will be done according to what we discussed.
2) Delivery. TS promises delivery to anywhere in the world, I live in one place, I do not know about the whole world. But delivery to me is difficult, I know this from personal experience. TS delivers to me, there are problems, but they are discussed in search of the most comfortable solution. In my difficult case, delivery took more than a month (but I understand that this is normal).
3) How do the packages work? According to the bank's regulations. The TS will provide basic information at the consultation stage.

In short: I have been using the services for more than 5 years, I am satisfied and trust.

Time to leave my review of the seller and of the service.

Seller is absolutely outstanding. Always honest, always helpful, very active so you should get quick answers. 5/5 stars for the seller.

Sadly the product (at least the one package I tried) isn't on par with the seller. I rented an account outside EU in the hope of facing less boring issues like blocked funds, locked accounts and so on.
My hope wasn't well placed, there were some issues during the rent time (periods where the cards didn't work properly) but I have to say that Alex refunded me for this time (again, 5/5 stars for the seller).

The real issue is that around 2 weeks before my package expired my account got blocked (with balance inside, more than the cost of 1yr of rent) and apparently nothing could have been done. Now several months have passed but there are no news, funds are probably locked there forever and I took the loss.

To sum up, seller is very good but BEWARE, you have the real possibility of facing issues and getting funds locked. Don't be stupid like me, never have in the card more than needed, split up withdrawals and expenses in many transactions, do not make a big purchase with the card, slowly withdraw the cash and then pay cash or if you are unlucky they will lock your card before you make the purchase.

I thought that outside the EU I wouldn't face the same bank bs but I got proven wrong and paid the ticket.

As you remember the block has been triggered by the law enforcement body, therefore it takes so long to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to expedite it at this point. Also important to mention that this bank had 2 currency accounts, one of which we managed to unblock successfully. It is just one of the accounts which is left to solve.

The issue is ongoing and we will do our best to resolve it eventually.

Such a service would be illegal in the European Union.

There comes a time when everything will be illegal in Eu including the tax payer!

Fyi; those who created the corrupt  system remain on top of the ladder. The average middleman who lives based  on monthly salary is not corrupt otherwise he or she will not be in the middle.

Why is very difficult for poor people to understand simple equation.

Work 356 days to pay your house rent, car insurance..
You get tax before receiving your salary. You get tax when you go to the shopping centre to buy basic necessary items!...

Now, who or what system should be considered as illegal. The average users or those who created the system?

Yes, you are right. But I want to note that I didn't do much to get it blocked by law enforcement, except using some low quality exchanges apparently.
Also it's been around 1 year by now and I did not receive any news about this issue and I doubt it will ever resolve.

So I want to repeat again for readers, good service but do not load at once more than you are willing to lose, because cards do get blocked sometimes.
