Hardly anyone will answer where they see themselves in 5 years, and I think it's even harder for beginners. Considering some of the facts realistically, it is not difficult to conclude that only a small percentage of beginners can somehow advance in the forum. Some become members only to participate in bounty campaigns, others try to be true members but face the classic challenges of a language barrier or the impression that they cannot get enough merits to get a higher rank.

From the perspective of someone who has been on the forum for almost 5 years I can say that I really had a great desire to be a part of this community and to contribute in some way with my participation. I can't say I did exactly what I wanted, but I still came pretty far from a regular beginner to where I am now. Nothing in life is achieved overnight, and only those who have clear goals and great persistence can succeed.

well my dream up until this day is having to assemble my own mining rigs at home and let all the mining process do the work for me.

There is without stopping to learning in crypto regardless of what proportion we all know there'll always be risks at work So nobody can say exactly what proportion someone has learned in 5 years We are constantly learning new things at work. Therefore so as to realize success one has got to stick with the forum and practice it in several places and wait patiently to stay one's dream alive.

Why do I think that it's hard to imagine yourself in the next  5 years, especially for beginners here in crypto? I was here for almost 2 years and when I was still a beginner, I never imagined I'll be staying for this long and be active here in the forum. Even until now, I have no idea what will happen in the next 3 years. What I do is I will set a short term goal and if I were able to achieve that, I will make another goal.

Answering the question of where do you see yourself in 5 years, we will most likely think of positive and successful things in our mind which are our goals, but during the process, we will also experience difficulties and problems. And personally, I have not thought of that even before because I don't set a long term goal here in the forum because my long term goal is a general goal which is about gaining knowledge about crypto that I can use in the future.

Still I can remember before 6 years ago I knew nothing about BTC and cryptocurrency. At first, I knew about BTC in Facebook. I've seen many ICO project and their advertisement on Facebook and Twitter. At that time, I was trading on forex, then I asked one of my friends who is a freelancer and have a good idea about ICO project.  He told me the details of Bitcoin & Altcoin, and I became more interested about it. after that I joined the bitcointalk forum.  First of all, I know basic info about BTC but I read a lot of articles related to it on forum. then I came here using my talent and hard working.

If any newbie working hard and know about Bitcoin well, I hope he has a bright future on it. For newbies, make it a habit to read forum posts more than writing on forums, this will increase your skills.

Although it will be imposicat to actually see oneself into 5yeaes from now because of the swings on life. The race has began and everyone is going into the future which is uncertain, many will say good things into the future but the future knows better than we do. Particularly, they can see their selves yo be Hero or Legendary forum members but what it takes to be there is not put in place. For any newbie who should answer this question should be the type that's learning the right thing now.

when I first joined this forum, about 4 years ago I did not have any future views. I just joined this forum to find out about discussions about Bitcoin and start learning it. When I was a newbie, I wasn't as productive as now.

I learned a lot from this forum, so that I can grow until now. Can be a member who contributed to the several threads discussed.

I don't have a road map that I have to follow, but I have a desire to continue to be active in this forum. 4 years is quite a long time for me, to reach the Rank Hero Member and still struggling to reach the Legendary Rank.
