Sure Spaffin, some people are entirely mobile users and just do surveys on their mobile device. Even if it is an android tablet, I am sure it would work just fine.
AdGem (one of the offerwall providers) generally markets to mobile only users too with app downloads to try on the phone.

1. Get the Pirate game up and running
2. Add more arcade games / a vote for game feature

Hey, thank you for asking, as many don't and just use it. I am pretty strict on it, as I have to be because my offer providers expect quality users from a particular market not pretending they are from places they are not. If someone does use it, I generally don't ban them but hold their withdrawal for 60 days to see if their earnings get reversed (which they often do if they are on VPN). Then after that, if they continue to use it, I ban them.

There may not be many videos though, but you can at least get the daily free code, and often there is a bonus code that my users post in the chat when it comes out. I also know Engaged Hits Videos work everywhere too, but don't pay as well.

I do know for sure Skippy Ads and Jungle Offerwall work for all countries. They don't pay too well though, but Skippy ads is pretty easy to do the PTCs.
For your country, you may even be able to find a few surveys on CPX Research, Revenue Wall, or Your Surveys. I'd try those out.  (Theorem Reach likely won't have any).

Registration bonus has been there forever and most likely will continue to be there for awhile.   It is only 1000 GTs ($0.10) and you need 20,000 ($2) GTs to withdrawal from the site. (10,000 GTs) of which needs to be some form of offerwall earnings.

The game initially will require site earnings to buy in. AKA, there is no advantage for anyone that can make a deposit. It would be a lot less of an accounting headache on my part.

I believe maybe I'll add some boosts or something eventually though that one can purchase with external money.  However, I don't envision that for the initial beta.

Not sure how I missed your platform even though I regularly visit this board; Regardless of that, I did enjoy the Arcade section ^{[brought back a lot of good memories]} and I'd suggest adding more games + a slightly lesser fee for Pacman
