What can you buy with pure bitcoin?

I have searched "services that accept bitcoin". Yeah, they are many but most of them accept the payment with bitpay. I need a coinbase account for that, and I wouldn't like that. Pure bitcoin payment, nowhere?

Coinbase are BitPay are not the same service. You don't need to create a Coinbase account in order to pay for Bitpay's invoices.

Blockstream decided to convert Bitcoin into a settlement layer by preserving 1 MB blocks. The cash payment function of the protocol was removed.

Wait for LN, I'm sure that will fix everything.

Most of the websites and platforms that accept Bitcoin payments are using a payment processor/gateway-Bitpay or Coinpayments.AFAIK Bitpay is really convenient,because they have a refund option(If I remember correctly).
Where did you heard the BS that you need a Coinbase account to use Bitpay?You can use any BTC wallet.
The Bitpay checkout page just generates a BTC address and a QR code,you just copy and paste the address to your BTC wallet and click send.
If you are asking someone to give you his BTC wallet address to send a "pure transaction" without any payment gateways,you might get scammed,because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

all those merchants who are using a payment processor to accept bitcoin are doing it only because of the volatile bitcoin price. they are trying to reduce the risk they are taking while still accept  bitcoin as payment. bigger companies such as a hosting service are among them and i don't think you can find any that doesn't go through a payment processor.

the only cases that i know people accept bitcoin directly as payment in their own wallet are the smaller merchants using more decentralized and P2P methods such as trades that are taking place every day on this forum in the marketplace boards. additionally we have the decentralized marketplace called OpenBazaar where merchants accept bitcoin themselves.

they did stop accepting bitcoin like some others like steam but it was because of the spam attack that caused the ridiculous fees not the 1 MB block size cap. if anything the block size cap kept bitcoin alive otherwise bitcoin network would have gone down (all exchanges were forced to shut down their wallets) just like shitcoins like ethereum went down under similar but much smaller situation.

You are conflating two issues. The 1 MB blocks were designed as a temporary countermeasure many years ago when the network could function properly with 1 MB blocks.

If you don't have a wallet that doesn't let you buy directly with Bitcoin why the bother if you can just exchange for fiat that is why there are Bitcoin ATM's everywhere, If not everywhere there are other third-party payments that will let you do it you just need to search on google,

And there are only a few establishments that have a sign "Bitcoin Accepted Here" that lets you consume pure bitcoin if not you just have to wait for that future to come.

VPN services, web hosting and a few more internet-based services you can avail by paying bitcoin directly to their addresses. Other than that, most are using Bitpay or through bitcoin debit cards. Merchants are trying to eliminate the risk of being burned while keeping the 'hype' up thus employing the services of a third-party payment processor such as Bitpay to do the converting for them. At this point in time, I don't think there are that many merchants accepting bitcoin for the goods they are selling given the tight need for cash these days.

in all fairness, the two can't be separated. the block size limit (whether 1MB or 4MB) inevitably drives fees up as volume rises. we can blame it on "spam attacks" all we want, but the result is the same---high transaction volume leads to high fees.

steam removed bitcoin support in december 2017, at the height of the last bubble. i think bitcoin/altcoin speculation and transfers among exchanges were the culprit at that time, not spam attacks.

the point is that as long as there is cap a spam attack can cause fee spikes. what number we put behind MB (1, 2, 4, 32,...) doesn't change this fact. the only difference is going to be the duration of the attack which is determined based on whether the coin is actually used or not, for instance in bitcoin that almost all the cap is already used a spam attack can last a very long time specially since there is a lot of incentive to attack bitcoin. but in a shitcoin that is not used at all, the spam attacks last very little and are mostly done for testing the attack for deployment elsewhere.

Market volatility and uncertainty in the future are what prompted many companies to not accept BTC payment directly (to avoid fluctuation in prices,) but over time it will end this problem (will remain technical and legal problems.)

For example, Namecheap will  implement BTCpayserver that accept BTC directly "in the future."
Some UN organizations have done this, and other services.

Well, on my own. Coinbase and Bitpay can be used in different merchants and services though there might be disadvantages. But providers are continuously trying to fix those issues. As others who responded to you on what to do then you may try it but try to do precautionary measures to avoid the risk of being scammed. Soon all these issues will be fixed since cryptocurrencies like bitcoin has a goal of a flawless transaction for our convenience. Indeed, what I will suggest is aside for precautionary measures you may also do temp check so if there is something that will occur that you really don't expect then you may immediately terminate your transaction without being scammed. There are a lot of merchants that you can use your Bitcoin.
