No I can’t log in completely. After I put the normal password it brings me to another window where I need to put the second password to than check my wallet.
You must be talking about 2FA Code, not the second password.
Because the second password is only required when you want to send, get the seed, etc; but you will still be able to log-in.
They have three types of 2FA, the window will be different depending on the one you have set.

If it's 2FA, then you should contact the 2FA provider's support to be able to restore your 2FA device/app (
very very slim chance).
If it's SMS and you don't have the number, dead end (
or find a way to create that number).
Without the seed, there's nothing else you can do.
"Contacting 2FA provider's support" is based from another wallet's 2FA provider issue
but I'm not using 2FA for my dummy b.com wallet so I can't help you any further.
