Sending Crypto to withdraw in a local fiat currency (west africa)

I'm googling the answer to this topic and doing research, that is how I came across this forum. So I decided to post my question here.
My cousin resides in west Africa and I would like to send him money, not through western union. But using my coins to sent him, so that he can withdraw it in local currency.
Suggestion and advice are welcome.
