I will use the friends/family option which is irreversible.
This is not true, and a common mistake made by honest people and abused by scammers. If a compromised account is used to send funds via Friends and Family, the money will be taken back. And as an accomplish, you'll have your account locked. This can cause problems for sender and receiver.
Friends and Family is meant for people you know and trust. If you don't trust the other person, you shouldn't use it.
That said: I can't use Paypal without my identity (I really wish I could!), so I can't help you here.
