Recently come back from playing after a year of just pure casual gaming with no effort to climb on ranks. Actually, just because of the quarantine period that's why I have a time again to play. Also, found new set of teammates so I decided to make an another Mobile Legends challenge here. Only 1 team participated in Part 1 and we never won against them Hope there will be more this time.

This is definitely a game for fun. The amount involved can start to minimum $10-$15 per match (small amount? yes because purely for fun but we are open for bets higher than that).

If there are good number of interested teams who wants to joined we can setup a tournament instead for a single round robin , winner-take-all mode.

I believe to handle this kind of tournament on the forum went the forum not really concerned about the game would be hard to find any kind of team here. The last tournament only 2 teams who join the tournament and there only 1 match. Whats game ur playing? did only play Mobile Legend if not maybe you can held a tournament with 1v1 i believe a few users will try to join and we will have multiple matches for the tournament.

I guess Part 1 was a success! in what I have seen, Well in gaining more audience I guess this game is pretty popular and in my opinion, many in the forum are interested back on your part 1 thread, well let's just wait and see if this will gain more players to join as a team.

Currently, because of the lockdown, I am pretty much stuck at home and just currently playing this game pushing myself from the bottom, So I am not very confident with my skills yet and just gaining knowledge of few heroes skills, maybe I will just keep on the watch and support your thread for a while and maybe gain experience and technique with other players as well.

This is interesting! I always love playing mobile legends, and to think that having a tournament here in the forum is nice. Since we are now on the quarantine, playing games can be a good idea to entertain ourselves.

That was way back in 2018. I doubt I can still see the replay in-game. Didn't able to record it using a third-party app.

About ping, we will have first a test ping game before the actual game. I suggest having the game recorded so that we can see if ping spiked up during the game. I'm looking forward to your team or you can invite others here to form a team.

It is good that you think of something like that so that you don't get bored. 1v1 is kind of boring and when playing 1v1 you can earn gold faster by buying roam item so i think 5v5 is much better and also include a bet when fighting to win and winners takes all. Connection stability would be a main problem with this one since not all players participating is residing on one country.This should be put up in consideration because playing on lag or high ping isnt always preferable.

In talks of team making then it would be good if there would be a list of some forum users but it would be good if you do have an actual team where you do already have experience on matchmaking
and that one will surely give out advantage.

I'll follow this one if there would be a progress and might join this one out.

Last time I played Dota 2 the queueing takes a lot of time unlike before. It only means that the number of players in DOTA2 have decreased. I am a fan of DOTA 2, but it seems that there are more players of Mobile Lgened nowadays due to the convenience of playing.

As for OP, it would be great if you would record the game and post it here on the link so that other players can watch. I think there are some Mobile Legenda player here, but some would be solo players without a solid team.

I think Philippines and other SEA country has vast of players, I guess many will join in it. Does the past teams that played will be able to play, I guess you can contact them again. I wanted to join but only for Philippines and does it have a required rank to join to? I guess even custom still required rank requirements to be able to play with the other level ranks.

There is no SG region server. The server of ML is global. Once you joined a match, all of you will be on the same server regardless of what's the country. Maybe it's your ISP.

Singapore do have lots of best performing ML players too. This means no problem at all about the ML server.

Connection stability would be a main problem with this one since not all players participating is residing on one country.This should be put up in consideration because playing on lag or high ping isnt always preferable.

If you play regularly, your teammates and opponents might come from other countries. Watch the weekly MCL you will also see that players came from a different country. Their server is not only designed to support one country. In fairness, since their inception, ML devs really worked hard to solved the connectivity issues. If ever there's a lag, it's unfair to just point it because of the ML server but the ISP itself might also be the problem. That's why it's advisable to record the game so that we can see the ping distribution throughout the match so that in case of a loss, no excuse or reason at all.

Botton line, rather than we speculate here, let's give this a try:)

There's a ping test game for at least 5 minutes before the actual match. That's the usual practice before the custom game starts.

As for OP, it would be great if you would record the game and post it here on the link so that other players can watch. I think there are some Mobile Legenda player here, but some would be solo players without a solid team.

If just for ping performance, I see no problem teaming up from another country. The advantage of teaming up with players from the same country is to have the best coordination since they can understand each other easily (voice chat).

In Part 1, our opponent came from Indonesia if I'm not mistaken and I think not all of them came from the said country but rather they teamed up because they usually play together. I just checked the profile of Habie but it seems not active anymore.

Anyways, the custom game doesn't require minimum rank requirements.

Only need 1. If you want aside from a small bet amount ($10-$15), we can set each game into Best-Of-3 and not on a single round only. We are not pro. We are just a casual player too. Are you always playing alongside each other and it can be viewed in your history? I think a practice needs to be done first before we came up with the real game. By the way, if I would be teaming up I think it would be nice if it's really from the same country to better understand easily as what you suggest on having mic on and able to convey the easiest since you know what language to speak of. I admit I'm not that still good on English verbally and chatting while playing is kind of nuisance and yeah that character limits too. Are your teammates also a member in this forum?

It didn't increased. The queuing depends on the rank and it's not the actual basis of the number of players if it decreased, probably there's few players at your rank and nearest ranks that's in the queue looking for a game.

This is a good initiative of harizen and they're not actually for the money or bet but just looking for fun and challenge while everyone is at home. I also agree if there's someone that's willing to stream this game for us. Good luck guys.

I think you can set your Child to play for 1 slot but first it is better
 to wait and watch for the first game
 or the second and let Her watch to asses the capacity if She can

 also i believe that we can make "Sidebets" each tournament because
many of us are not players of this
 game but we have idea how it goes and we are looking for betting chance
 in Esports so having this event
 is fine to at least spend some money while we are under Quarantine.

It seems there's a lot of members here who are interested in joining this tournament. And yeah, I think it's better if the non-forum member can also join the tournament. Because I think it's harder to find or to create a team with the other members when you don't know how they play. Of course, it also needs teamwork since betting is included here.

Personally, I also have my friends that I'm comfortable with them to me by teammates. Since we can show good teamwork because we have been playing together even before. But if it's not allowed, then creating a new team makes it more thrilling and exciting.

I still remember the time when I was playing this game since Season 7 (unfortunately not Season 1) .

There are many players most especially from PH and INDO and there are many strong players here. I hope that this tournament will be a success. What I mean by success is that many teams will join and a live stream will be made for us to watch .

I stopped playing it not because its addicting but because the game is purely for players who have squad members right now. When I'm playing Mobile Legends, I used to play solo and my role is tank/support most of the time and I've reached Mythical Glory (points system) as a solo player. A season after I've reached that, I still play solo but I can hardly rank up already. Not because my teammates are noob (since most really are noobs) but most of the ones who are reaching the top have squad.

There are solo players who are reaching Mythic still but only few of them already. I don't want to play with squad members and I want to solo and I quit because of this. The matchup system of the game is trash and  most of the time you will play with some noob shit players who don't know how to adjust. Fuck them.

This happened last 2018 but I guess these people are still active, what I understand is this game is there will be a competition and the players will have to pay like a registration, winner takes all, so what I am requesting is just an additional job by OP but it will make this competition more fun especially if they will do a live streaming.

I have some friends that still reaches Mythic but Mythical Glory(?) nowadays is a dream really for a solo player. Rarely even Mythic has it those who don't know how to adjust and can't understand how synergy between heroes are important plus who don't know the laning, rotation and the decision making is for those who solo rank.

Exactly. I will even bet on it, the amount is not that high and it's still on someone range I guess. I think non-players should be allowed to bet especially if there are inadequate amount of bet on the other team.

As for me tournament is way better idea just to have fun for all members . Every players need to pay to join the contest and to be able to win and like what Op stated winners take it all.

Its more fun if we can watch it also in live so before creating a tournament its better if someone already have a page or channel that we can watch it live in  the game stream.

Exactly, player statistics is enough basis for bettors to see on what team they will bet,

Also, this is already the second round, finding bettors won't become difficult since we can see a lot of user here who looks really interested to participate not only in the game but also in betting.

Well, I have been a Mobile Legends player myself and while I would be hesitant to bet against anyone because I don't have a proper team to play with and neither do I feel like I am at the top of the game as I am only Grandmaster level on the game and the favorite hero being Layla and Odette.

But, I really love this thread and initiative and if possible please can you make some opportunities for players like me who can maybe find other players and team up to challenge some good teams? I have good individual game and mechanics but I fail to find good team and the random matching is just not good enough.

Are there any similar threads for other games like Pubg as well?

PC games would be great to have as a tournament and I think there would be some that will be interested to play. For a tournament like this, it might not be a fair fight since you don't have any assurance of your opponent because they are playing in our place, there is a bid on the line, it might be hard to tell if someone is using a cheats or some sort of maphack/wallhack in this type of games even in mobile legend.

I did play this game but due to very addicting, I stop it. This is much better if those team came from same countries so there would be unity and easy to form strategy since there is a voice messages inside the game making communication very easy for them to create more plan to win the game.

Mobile Legends or some calls it MOBA is a Online Strategic, Team Played and enjoying game. This games is mosty played in Asian Country where a lot of people are players. And I also know that this is somehow played in other countries but not like in Asian countries. I think MOBA is a very addicting game also when you are hooked up in PC Games like DOTA 2 and League of Legends because this MOBA game can be played in phones.

I think many players will definitely gamble in this kind of play. I mean, the odd in gambking here in MOBA is quite exciting. You m're earning while you also learn from the game and experiencing it. For a tournament like this, it might not be a fair fight since you don't have any assurance of your opponent because they are playing in our place, there is a bid on the line, it might be hard to tell if someone is using a cheats or some sort of maphack/wallhack in this type of games even in mobile legend.

Yes. The idea of having atleast PC game in tournament or betting is definitely a good idea and it usually common. In DOTA 2 and League of Legends there has a International tournament yearly which has a good amount of prize. But not all of the person have PC just like in MOBA where a lot of people can afford a phone.

And indeed, a lpt of cheaters nowadays are there outside just waiting to strike. There are no games I think that do not have tricks or cheats. Sometimes there cheats are the reason why we get excited and as well as mad about. There is a reason why it should be called Part 2 right? If they were going to start PC games then the titled would be little different. Also there is a crisis happening currently and for sure not all players have the luxury to own a PC or any laptop for dota 2. At least mobile legend is something can be played using a mobile phone where users barely needed only to use their phones. This is more realistic in my opinion and I assume some players of dota2 mostly play on internet cafe shop and those are probably for sure closed in the time of locked down.

Some people could hire some better player to play their account for them so this kinda betting using skill is actually has alot of flaws in it. That's why the bet is just small, $10, $15. Not bad for a 1 game, Best-of-3.

I understand. But that concern is also the concern once we set up a tournament. That's why Best-Of-3 is a must so that room leader is alternate. For who's the first one to be the room leader, it will depend on the agreement prior to the game.

That's what we did on Part 1 and actually we never consider ping as a major problem. They are from Indonesia and I'm from PH. There's always a test ping before the real match. We created a room first, choose random heroes, and play for about 5-10 minutes then quit since no problem at all at our ping and proceed with the actual match. After the actual match, we will do it again before proceeding in Game 2. If there's a ping issue, it should be felt at the start of the game or in the first 5 o 10 minutes. Just be honest if ever the match is now on 15 minutes and one team is already dominating the game then suddenly the other team complains about their ping.

Anyways, yes ping factor is a must but again, we will never know what will happen until we play in actual.

But I'm glad there's a sure team now. If you are not interested in a single match, it's ok. I will expect you in the tournament.

You can create a messenger group chat for your co players if you don't want to spend money on creating a squad because we all know that creating a squad in Mobile Legends is too expensive imagine you have to buy diamonds which costs too much so why are you going to buy diamonds if there is a free group chat through messenger?

There are room admins. They can pause the game if someone got lag. But I don't know what will be the rule here but the usual is 5 minutes rule then they will decide if the game will continue after 5 minutes, lag or not but still, players can ask for a pause. Lag is concerned but in 5 minutes we should have a clearer view of the team experiencing a lag. They already spend lots of minutes in the trial so I think overall, almost 10-15 minutes period in the trial. If they have smooth connection on that period, then we can expect that no lag on the game.

I see that it is hard to start a team tournaments here so I have a suggestion to OP. What if we do a 1 on 1 just for a trial for now? It's boring as I like a 5 v 5 but with lots of participants here, we can form a tournament now since there is no need for teammates. I think we are now more than 10 players here that can do a 1 on 1 but not with 5 v 5 because they have no teams. What do you think OP?

We have now new season in mobile legends and it would be a different strategy than before. This new season is better than the old one for me because unlike before only the core has really good advantage among other role in the early game but now the offlane and the marsman can now prove that they can fight on early game because of the gold lane that give additional gold which is good for marsman role and anadditional experience for fighter role which will help them to reach level 4 and use their ultimate. LOL is already out technically but not available yet to anyone. If you were able to pre-register before, you will have access. Lots of users are now playing the game including me but I don't know when will be the official release for everyone.

But, I tried to find Wild Rift and they are still in pre-register mode which means not a lot of players can play yet because I understand some players might have got early access but a game still in pre-register mode cannot be so popular that MLBB players shift to it right away, maybe they moved to Arena of Valor as they also had the similar concept.

It seems like we have the same play. I chose to use tank heroes because this is the key on every clashing. The better tank making the set up the better chances of the team to win in the game. I think there are only few who would like to chose hero tank especially the beginners that always use the killer heroes may it long range or mid range with high critical hit.

How I wish to have some time again with my friends playing this game. For now they are still busy and so does I have tight schedule. Anyway, the game is really addictive and had seen many players getting sick because of being careless in their health due to excessive playing time.

Please can you tell me if there is space in your team, I am a solid and experienced Marksman and I have been playing this game for a long time now and I have hard carried games with champions like Layla, Roger so if I get good heroes I will always carry the game alone even more easily. I would really love to play against you but my friends who play this game are really noobs and they actually play it for fun so they will all play Marksman or Assassin as they like ignoring how the team dynamics work.

AFAIK there are some ML players are using the technique on Wildrift this gives me a headache they are comparing the game and they think it's just a same with the use of flicker, rotation and jungle this gives a misconception in playing this game. Actually in my observation, a lot of ML players are into wild drift now because everybody waited for so long for this game to lunch on in it's mobile version. They say that wild drift's graphics are better than mobile legends thats why most of the players switch into wild drift. It is because League of Legends is the original, most of the contents in the Mobile Legends, came from the LoL. I played ML for how many years and already reach high rank which is mythical glory with plenty of points, I stopped when I earned early access to wild rift because the meta is still the same. I hope that I didn't offend any ML players here but this is the truth about moonton, keep copying contents from other games. I don't care if the graphics are not good (but for me it's good tho), the mechanics of LoL: WR is what I really want due to balance and fair gameplay. 

Also, there's no point if we argue about the best mobile MOBA, we have preferences in gaming and this is my opinion regarding WR and ML.

Add to that LOLWR is still not yet officially release so no in-game events are happening, players like me are waiting for that so our time spent on the game would not be useless.

Mobile Legend is one great game that has been love by the gamers all around the world.

It is depend how good the gameplay works in LOL if they want to keep the players they need to upgrade based on the needs of the players and the way that it will like by many players .
they also need to fix the internet required to be able to play properly because this is the most common problem in ml, lag and its hard to connect sometimes delay when you are playing .

Amazing concept of betting on games and I just wanted to tell people that if mobile legends is banned in your country as India banned Chinese games followed by a few other countries then you can easily use a VPN to play the game. Below is how it works:

1- Download a VPN
2- Connect and open MLBB
3- Once game loads fully, minimize the game and turn off VPN
4- Now you can enjoy the game!

Remember to follow the step 3 because if you don't turn off VPN you will have really poor ping around 120 ms.

I do play tank/support too especially in mythic rank cause there are so many players who's good into assasin/marksman role. So playing tank/support is the best way to win cause if I don't a player who doesn't know how to play tank/support will be obligated to do so, making it harder for my team to win. Sometimes no one wants to be a support too cause almost everyone wanted kills. Lol.

I stop playing ML last month, I've been addicted to valorant right now. But I do still follow ml tournaments cause it is still entertaining.

I have a WR tester right now but still didn't try it cause I don't have much time. Maybe if it proves that it is good to play then my friends and I will grind playing it just like how we did it in ML.

Thanks (also a method back in UBT/FBT days lol). However, there are some case wherein turning VPN off doesnt' work. I mean, the game will be disconnected right away.

But I have a concern, after Typhoon Quinta weeks ago, and Super Typhoon Rolly a few days ago, there's another upcoming typhoon that will hit our land. It might affect our latency and ping. Some of my teammates are using a data connection.
