If you want to remain somewhat anonymous, then you're on the wrong track with credit/debit cards as payment options for buying BTC. Think for a moment, you don't want to do KYC (verify your account with documents), but at the same time you want to pay with your bank card that identifies you with your full name and address?

You can hardly avoid KYC nowadays except by advising your clients to buy BTC on crypto ATMs, or perhaps through decentralized crypto exchanges like Bisq. But buying in this way has some drawbacks such as high fees or poor liquidity.

For upto 2 Bitcoin you do not need to go through any KYC. If you require more than that, then you need to create multiple IDs and make those purchases.

In my opinion you should try Binance as it allows you to purchase in your local fiat currency using debit and credit card.

Adding the credit card commission and the BTC transfer fee, it doesn't make much sense to buy BTC with a credit card. Also, as mentioned above, you don't have the chance to remain anonymous by doing this.

Finally, it may not be very wise to use an exchange wallet to make a payment. When a proof is requested, you may not be able to make another payment from that wallet. If I was to make a payment, I would use a wallet that I had full control of.

I think it depends a lot on the country you're from. In my region, the best choices seem to be offered by Bestchange.com. At least, this is what I use to determine which website to use to buy/sell Bitcoin with a debit card. You give your card number, so it does de-anonymize you in a way, but they usually don't ask for KYC (I am talking about Ukraine). In terms of the fees, I usually lose about 5% on this procedure, but it's still better than any other choice I know, so I am fine with that. In other countries, the regulations and the overall situation can be tougher, so you have to consider the local context.

As far as I know it's a third party service, Simplex, that provides the card purchases and you do have to provide details for them. Non KYC applies for crypto to crypto stuff on Binance. Anywhere that deals with fiat in any form would be very stupid not to have KYC.

Is this a legal IPTV service or a questionable one?

So, you want to make things easier for your clients by accepting Bitcoin from them? Then why would you need to buy bitcoin? They should be able to pay you directly on your wallet. Considering things aren't automated, get a bitcoin wallet. Generate your wallet address. Setup your wallet address and tell them to make payments over there. Once they make their payment, tell them to provide their TXID too.
Or are you looking for a place to sell your bitcoins?

This is not an individual. The OP said that anyone who recommends a website means that purchases must be there and use a credit card easily, of course many, but to require other documents it is very important in their regulatory rules so that it will be safer to transact and not need to send TXID to people who bought personally.

But I do not know whether he wants to buy or indeed offer their services making it easier for clients who want to buy.

Maybe you missunderstood me.

Maybe I wrote a post too general so you think I misunderstood you, but I understand that you want your clients to buy BTC without KYC, and pay for your service. I'm pretty sure it's illegal IPTV, so you might think that BTC would be the ideal payment method to offer service and remain anonymous by not link trail of clients money to you. But if anyone wants to find you, forget that BTC will give you complete anonymity.

The best thing you can do is to advise your potential clients to look for some local way to buy BTC, so they will save on fees and conversions.

My bad. Missed his second post. But still does not make any sense. He wants to recommend his users to buy BTC with credit cards and be able to pay him. He is saying that he wants to do this so that it becomes easier for his clients to make payments. But don't you think this is an extra work for their clients? It would have been easier for the clients to pay him directly with their credit cards and also save them some fees.
From what I understand, he just wants his clients to buy bitcoin and pay him with bitcoin. It probably has to do something with IPTV thing being illegal...

but some are old and not so technical so i want to find the easiest way possible for them.

So adding a credit card, no doubt with KYC, on TOP of them sending BTC to you is going to work?

The friction is piling up by the second.

I'd be looking at any alternative myself, maybe gift cards or something. If it's for the sake of the techno phobic you're just adding to their phobia.

Why not redirect those customers to a 3rd party online store (which you setup yourself) and ask them to purchase some kind of silly digital thing? Like a logo of your service or something. This would be a totally legit transaction and you won't have any trouble setting up a merchant account for processing usual credit and debit card transactions.
