even after all this i offered a full refund... all he has to do is send me back a mtgox code for 720 AUD and i'll send him back the $800... but he refused to do this.

obviously i specifically want to have my funds in gox, so that i can profit from it.

payb.tc is more than trusted and I've done multiple transactions with him.  On the other hand we have astana the one I have warned people against since day one.  Who should we side with?

I've always had my worries about dealings with astana to the point I just stoped responding to pms because every time, I felt as if something was a foot.
