However, if you want to invest, always think carefully so that you don't lose. When you make such a decision to invest, you must know good details about that coin, or else you might. However, Silana is not that bad a coin is in a very good position in the current market and if you invest in it your future is sure to be bright.

I don't agree with you about the comparison between Solana and ETH. Solana will be more popular with many people in the future than ethereum, even though the prices of the two are very different, but when many people complain about the expensive fees paid for ethereum, it doesn't hurt to hold or invest in solana. everything is fast and cheap, let's see the light that shines from Solana in 2024

"Fast and cheap" at the cost of centralization and unreliability. Totally not worth it, in my opinion. If you're only planning to use SOL for quick trades or micropayments, this shouldn't be much of a problem. But if you want to preserve your capital for the long term, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. You can hold both SOL and ETH if you want. The decision is yours.

Time will tell us which chain(s) will survive as crypto/Blockchain tech is put up to the test. Just remember to never invest more than what you can't afford to lose, and there should be nothing to worry about.

It's normal when the withdrawal is blocked and the price has dropped. In a few days, if withdrawals are resumed again, the price will become the market price. But if you have the opportunity to buy, it's probably a good idea to take advantage of it. But sometimes sell-offs on poloniex are an indicator of market movement, so you need to be careful.

Well, it is not really as much as a belief in Solana as a reliable ETH alternative as it is rather a belief that it is safe to buy and hold (for a week or two) smaller amounts of Solana on low liquidity exchanges like Poloniex during events in which the price can be expected to diverge due to a problem with the exchange itself. This happens everytime, with any altcoin when a low liquidity exchange decides to "pause withdrawals" to fix the wallet. People panic and start selling their SOL because they think something bad is going to happen. A sudden 60% drop in price is a good chance.

The only danger here is that the exchange might not resume the withdrawals or something happens to the altcoin itself, while you are holding it.

Many investors made huge profits when they bought solana at the previous bottom. The workings of the blockchain have not changed since then. I think that in the near future nothing will change and the blockchain will not work stably. But now it is probably too late to buy coins.

Solana has emerged as a prominent  block chain with high speed of transactions resulting in lower transaction fees. It has registered tremendous growth since it was launched. This network is also famous for creating NFTs at comparatively lower cost. Fortunately, I booked substantial profit when i purchased Solana coins at less than $10 and currently it is trading above $130.

Despite its all successes, it has been facing  network outage from time to time which is a challenging situation and raises questions about its decentralization. however, there is optimism that team is committed team and will do all they can to overcome this long standing issue.

It is true that Solana has seen impressive price surge and gained significant popularity. This is the result of advancement in scalability and functionality of Solana network. The rise of Solana to 5th position on coinmarketcap is a noteworthy achievement, and its improving performance can potentially challenge other players, such as BNB coin. however, it is very challenging task to predict future of any digital asset with accuracy due to high volatility of cryptocurrencies market.

The blockchain could improve if developers put their efforts into it. There are rumors that a new third-party node software (Firedancer) will solve Solana's network outages for good. If that happens, we should expect SOL to become a reliable cryptocurrency for payments and all things "De-Fi". I would never compare it against Ethereum because of it's semi-centralized design. But nothing can beat Solana in terms of cost-efficiency and performance.

Imagine how big it will grow with the approval of a Solana spot ETF by the SEC. The sky is the limit to how far will the cryptocurrency go. Crypto land often behaves in many strange and bizarre ways, so expect the unexpected.

They want to buy SOL at a heavily-discounted price. The only way this will happen is if there's a massive bloodbath in market prices. Maybe someone is planning to massively dump SOL tokens soon?

I sure hope Solana will be able to keep its promise of fixing network outages for good. Once that's settled, then we can talk about spot ETFs, a new ATH, etc. The crypto market often behaves in many strange and bizarre ways. So lets hope for the best.

Something similar happened to Ethereum a while ago. Hackers were siphoning funds from people's wallets through dApp permissions. I guess no Blockchain with smart contract features is immune from this. Solana is known to be less secure than Ethereum, so we should expect greater vulnerabilities than the one mentioned. At least, SOL users were advised to take action.

I sure hope Solana achieves resiliency to become a fierce ETH competitor in the future. Firedancer node upgrade may just be the beginning of a wonderful journey for the project. With "meme" coins "pumping" SOL's market price, Solana will be here to stay. It's VCs' favorite coin, after all. Who knows if the next step would be approving a spot ETF for the cryptocurrency?
