Let's talk little bit about LTC!

LTC is still standing firm despite that it's been left and abandoned by Lee. The same with the trend of other altcoins, they are subordinates of bitcoin.
Wherever bitcoin goes, they're also there so if bitcoin goes on a bull run. The path of LTC will on that area too but, a lot of disappointment happened to LTC when it halved but almost nothing happened.

although LTC has been abandoned by such important people I really hope that LTC can still develop better and can last until whenever and can still follow the movements of the price of bitcoin because what I know is Litecoin is one of the best altcoins from the very beginning created to last for a lifetime this requires very hard performance.

I don't follow the updates about this coin anymore but I'm still considering it as one of the top altcoins to have. The LTC community has been built and they're remaining strong because if it didn't, LTC has been falling since C.Lee left.
If I'm to choose, LTC is better than the new projects today.

I guess Coblee's announcements about selling of all his stash of litecoins, I guess most people might have followed it. Still, I do see many people do invest into litecoins as well when they enter into crypto space. When people focus on diversification for their crypto investments, they definitely choose litecoin without fail..

I didn't take his words seriously when he warned and not aware that it's already the sign of the bear.

In my opinion, the prospects of Litecoin go in parallel with Bitcoin.  It is not for nothing that many consider LTC to be the second BTC, and therefore the dependence on the price of bitcoin for this altcoin is obvious.  I also very rarely follow the news about Litecoin, but once some analysts predicted a price increase of up to $ 1,000, which does not look surprising, since everyone expects a ten-fold increase in bitcoin prices today.

It looks like you were not seeing the thread that already created by another member of this forum and that says even charlie lie said that there was no developer that wanna create a development with litecoin.
I meant none developer interested to develop the next protocol improvement for litecoin and it can be a very strong fundamental news that can affect the litecoin trend.

Agree with you that the developers are abandoning the Litecoin project, since halving, LTC has continuously gone down and has not seen signs of recovery. But looking at the chart analysis of OP, we can see that the price of LTC may increase depending on the growth of BTC.

Litecoin id my top3 coin and I think for me it id one of the best coin that we have since last few years upto this now.

This coin is going to reach thousands dollars if the value of the bitcoin will hit 20k dollars and the movement of this was good and I think it will rise more since market are pumping again .

Personally I have lost faith in LTC since they finished halving, I had thought that prices would definitely increase after halving. But it all went against expectations, prices kept falling and made me and lots of others lose. Now LTC has lost interest from investors and its hype is gone

simple proof until now litecoin still stand in the TOP 10 coin at coinmarketcap

But if they found out that there will be little to no more developments coming for litecoin project, then, people will start to move away from this alt. I have read also that their devs are not interested anymore in further developing this project. So if it is true and not just a hearsay, it is not a good choice to hodl this old alt. Because if there will be no developments on the way, this will start to go down. Be careful on investing this coin, even if we don't know the real facts behind it at the moment.

top list? where is it? litecoin has been falling and it has been licked from top 4 to the top 7. I have been avoiding to invest in altcoin after the statement that already created by charlie lie about the problem in the development of litecoin.

My opinion, seems there won't be any "boom" if corona virus still happening. Now bitcoin and all coins also starting to drop again (inc LTC), especially after bitcoin halving happens, all coins would be dumped again

l agree with your words, there is still coronavirus, and till this problem solves there will not be any pumping in altcoins. More than that every altcoin like LTC depends on the BTC movement, when BTC doesn't start rising up, that means altcoins will not start increasing either. But l think so positive about LTC, even though it will take a bit long time to increase.

In terms of development, Charlie Lee always plays down a lot. And that's a good thing too!
Why should there always be big announcements when no code has even been written yet?

Especially I am very excited for the " Mimblewimble Implementation" by David Burkett from the Grin++ project, which is expected around September...
I think at the end of the year 2020 litecoin goes up at arround 100$ or more.

now it's not a competition with other altcoins on the market. all projects will focus on their market. LTC is a good asset to a large market. they are just waiting for the moment of the altcoin market at high pumps. moreover, they have also done halving and I think this is only related to market demand which must be pushed harder.

I am not good at analyzing a coin, but the price movement of LTC is always influenced by the movement of the price of Bitcoin so if the price of bitcoin is still a turn, the price of LTC will also be difficult to go up.
