Move your thread to here.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

What did you want to do? You wanna change the email on your stake's account or what? As from your story, you were able too deposit and withdraw normally, so you don't need any email confirmation to approve your withdrawal .
The reason why they locked your account because they are afraid if your account can be used by someone else, since you asked about the email change.

You are correct
But 1 week is too much to wait.
Today they locked the account
No they don't worry that as in stake I contacted them by the live support and you need to prove by sending screenshots and so on.
They said some of my answers is wrong and I don't believe so.
However it has been a week and they say when. There news we let you know.

And let's use some logic here .
Email has nothing to do with security as you don't need confirmation by email to withraw or deposit.
So I used to use the account normally without the email.
Untill one day I asked them if I can change it
So basically they knew my email problem just from me in the live chat
If I were a hacker want to steal the account why would I go to live chat support and tell them ? Since I can withraw and do whatever with account why would I want to flag the account if I were hacker ?
Second I sent the deposits screenshots they asked.
Third password I never changed it in stake since I registered in 2017.

And last imagine u have issue in some casino and you wait a week then they say when there news we let you know means you could wait months or forever.

I said the word scam not technical problem because I believe it's scam since I proved everything they asked to show the ACC is mine beside I always log in from Tokyo Japan since I created it .
And whatever time they will take to look at this I will keep exsposing them
Some big casinos when they get famous they become more greedy such as bet365  . This experience I have same as bet365 a big casino but they don't mind ripping players small ones or whales.
I expect some ass kissing people who get some tips or bonuses to defend the site stake but I still believe they scammed me. Not for cash in account I worry about the referrals I invested in to bring to the site.

First of all, move this thread as adviced by janggernaut.
Maybe your statement is not enough to my understanding but i think the problem start from your ending because you dont an email to log in the site. Why did you decided to contact their support?

They said some of my answers is wrong and I don't believe so.
I believed some of your answers are wrong which is the you'ren why youre told to wait for the general manager answers cause it not a decision the support can make.

Maybe you can shoot a pm to their admin/their support/ site's reprensentative on here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2072589.0
Afaik, their support also very active on this forum, hope it helps you.
you already did that

Waiting for a week for an answer is too long, i agreed about that (but i also doubt they will locked your account forever since they have known as one of best gambling sites).

Anyway, here is your update for your problem

Got scammed by those guys
Once I said I lost access to my email
They locked my account and sent all proofs they asked.
Beside without email already I could withraw and deposit
They just need some excuse to disable your account.

Becareful with them.
Also the best thing the support will tell you is
Wait general manager it has been a week already.

Hey there.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused!

We actually talked in that conversation where you sent the needed data, in case you don't remember. Smiley

I just checked and your account is actually still under review. There is no need to be worried at all or call us "scam" for being precautious and for taking users' security very seriously.

Also, you are not waiting for a week, but rather for a couple of days.

And I also saw that you already reached out again just before you made this post, and my colleague explain what the issue is and why this is taking this long to be solved.

With that said, kindly wait for just a little while and you will be contacted back, you have my word. We don't leave cases unsolved and unreplied. And you are always welcome to contact us on Live chat to ask for an update.

Cheers!
