What are the requirements to post in the marketplace?

I'm interested in selling eBay accounts in the Bitcointalk marketplace, but not sure what are the requirement to post a thread and offer a service in the marketplace. I contacted the 2 mods managing the marketplace, but they aren't responding to my inquiry and it's been almost a week. Maybe you guys can help me?

eBay account?, I think, that are included in the category of > Digital goods < or > Invites & Accounts <, I am not sure about this.

Before action, read carefully of rules, a pinned message every board, and what legal and illegal thing here.

Generally, you will find a sticky with rules and guidelines on top of each board. If there is none, then just make sure to read the Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

Since you will sell an eBay account then you should post your topic on Invites & Accounts.
Here are the stickies you must read:

Just read the forum rules and the pinned notifications in the Marketplace board. That should be more than enough to let you know what is accepted and what is not.

I however don't know whether it's something good to sell accounts like Ebay accounts or it's something shady that could attract some negative feedback to your account from the DT Members because most account sales involve hacked or stolen accounts.

Yes. You can do that in the Invites & Accounts board. You just can't sell hacked invites/accounts[1] nor N26/Upwork accounts[2], which are banned from the forum. Twitter accounts should be fine though.

Selling accounts or invites is allowed as long as it is not hacked or illegal.

Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must:
- Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or,
- Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or,
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.
