Since writing of this post, the bitmainexpress site is unavailable, looks the scam, they were not replying to any of the communication and now the site is also unavailable.

Yeah, I just checked out the website and it's offline. Looks like the decided to exit after scamming you.

I ordered on 23rd October from Bitmain express, initially they keep mentioning that they will deliver the item last week since they are short of staff. Every time when call them over the phone it always goes to VM, they did chat over the whatsapp, but no reply after Friday 30th Oct, 20. I have sent them email tried to call them couple of times but no reply for the past 5 days, not sure if this is their MO or how.

After reading this blog a bit worried now. /

I am sorry  and It's sad to see you lose money to scammers. The experience is depressing. Searching and reading this post should have been the first thing to do right before you sent out money to them. This could have prevented you from getting scammed, like they always say, Prevention is better than cure.

Which payment method did you use to send money? If you used bitcoin, forget about, learn a lesson and move on.

Absolute SCAM!!!
They just went dark with the website not working, email bouncing back, the phone is not reachable.

I guess they collected enough money to retire.

I have been invited if I wanted to share my experience with Bitmain Express.

I made my first order from them in may this year, it was for an Antminer S17+ 73 Th/s. I received it fairly quick and in the time frame advertised. I recently made another order at the end of October, it got a little delayed and I started to worry as I ordered 3 Antminers S19 Pro. The support team was always in touch with me and explained the situation, this month was really a hard one for everyone, so I get them. I am happy to announce that the shipment arrived yesterday and it looks exactly as it should, the products are brand new with original packaging.

I would like to say that this company is legitimate, but I think they had some logistic problem in my case.

I would like to say that this company is legitimate, but I think they had some logistic problem in my case.

Logistics problems? A while back, I checked the website and it was offline. As most of the people are complaining the support email was just bouncing back and the provided customer service number wasn't going through.

How do you convince me that this is a genuine company and it was just a logistics problem?
Why doesn't one of the victims come here and add a follow-up comment stating that they got sorted out?

Hello everyone!

Unfortunately I have some experience too with this team.
I paid for an Antminer S19Pro + delivery (DHL Express) $2779.00 but I am still waiting for the arrival. It was in 1st of Dec, 2020. (I paid by Coinbase)
They reply sometimes for my emails, but I can not call them, the number is not working. They say the delivery is late because of the pandemic.
Unfortunately I did not check them first, that they are scam.

Do you know guys, can I do refund on Coinbase?
