They already deleted the content of their ANN thread. So it means they are guilty as charged. If they already put so much effort into this project, they can just explain their side. Their website is still up so to all users be careful using that exchange. For me, it is not safe to use this exchange if they can't even defend themselves.
Not a surprise, first they deleted content, and then they will delete whole ANN and disappear from bitcointalk. Problem is that despite being busted here on bitcointalk , they will continue with this exchange, advertising on other social media platforms and people might fall for it and start using it. But well, we did what we can to warn people here..
If they've made an explanation why they did this, they might have had a chance to remove doubts from their users. This is probably their worst mistakes because they are literally saying that they plagiarize work. I don't expect this exchange to last long with this one. They'll probably start exiting once users become aware of this. Good job to this find.
To be honest, I don't think that they can give valid explanation why they copied other exchange content ( usually it is some crap how they hired some company to make content from them, always putting blame on others is their m.o) . But it wasn't mistake for sure, they are simply inexperienced, incompetent and lazy, and when those kind of people make exchange, people loose money. We've seen it so many times through years.
