By the context, I guess that you want to verify that the person is really in need, but double checking just in case

Double check to figure if the person is really in need.

For example say the person is with a gambling site, meaning the site admin knows his gambling habit, and other stuffs. Now if we consider that a source to verify then we may request information from that third party site with the permission of the applicant and if the third party site agree to share the info in private then we will use that source.

The above is an hypothetical example only.

Remember are going to ensure the privacy of an applicant will be secured in best possible way.

Yeah they can apply though their local section if language is a difficulty. In that case we will need someone English speaking to help us to get the attention and other stuffs. I suggest all the translated topics should be unlocked so that they can engaged in discussions too.
