In addition, we will stop providing maintenance services for E3 from June 10, 2020.
If you have maintenance requirements for the above models, please create a repair ticket before the deadline and send the machine to our repair sites according to our After-Sales Maintenance Policy. Although we will stop the maintenance service of the above models, we will still be happy to provide you with product consulting services, including online and hotline customer service. At the same time, you can also get the product-related FAQ from our knowledge base and community.
You gotta love how they phrase is as "to better assist you" when they are actually assisting you less. It is surprising to see the S9 in there, given a recent article that states 23% of the current world hashrate is still being produced by S9s...
While some of the models are really old, some like the S11 are surprising to see being dropped.
Sure they just want to focus on the S17, whatever. Hopefully more people will now offer independent repair services.
