First, welcome to the forum

There is no right time to buy bitcoin unless you have analysis about it ( become trader ), if your purpose is to invest... you can buy it any time you want because bitcoin is a great long-term investment.

Before start to buy bitcoin, you must have bitcoin wallet... I suggest to use electrum, since it's easy to use as for newbies or experts. To understand about bitcoin wallet, you can read here [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?

After that, you can buy bitcoin from exchanges or peer to peer, another persons, bitcoin ATMs etc

Short term investors don't find it good to buy at this time because the market is just showing a FOMO sequence. But for serious investors who are moving forward to the future, it's definitely a good idea to buy as in now. You might not notice it but it just corrected.

Any time is a good time to buy them if you are thinking about hold those coins for a long time. If you see the Price all this year, it has been under 10k, so, right now is close to the max price, that should be a signal to wait and not buy now, but since the halving will happen really soon, then crazy things could happen in the market. That's why this shouldn't be the best time, but it is a chance to hit the moon.

You can buy and hold your bitcoin in Yobit exchange wallet before halving time is coming, you will get hardfork or new coin if you have and safe bitcoin before halving time, nice try to buy when you got profit from bitcoin and other side you can take new coin I think will higher price too.

Any time is a good time yo buy bitcoin but If I were you I would buy as soon as possible now because halving is coming to the mark and it is speculated to reach it's all time high again this time.
If you are willing to buy peer to peer for a lower fee then I suggests to transact with reputable ones here in the forum, you can find them in marketplace. Don't trynna talk with someone who messaged you, it should be you who contacted them first, just a tip.

Do it now, the price will rise significantly within the next 18 months. There’s never a perfect time, you’ll never get in at the lowest point but now is definitely a good time.

Members have answered what I would do if I wanted to buy Bitcoin today. We are not sure what will happen after Halving but we are convinced that we want to hold Bitcoin and buy all the amount that is within our reach.
Try to buy local, Binance is a good option.

If youre new I guess there is no way you can know when you will buy unless someone you trust will say so. Most will say buy the dip but if you are new you wouldn't know which price to consider as the bottom. I guess you would have to listen to start somewhere if you know no one you can trust. Tell you, BTC can be good for long term.

Depends on your purpose, If you believe in bitcoin then you are confident that anytime of the day you can buy it with no hesitation just look at the price history of bitcoin then decide.

I would suggest don't buy at this moment, Bitcoin price is already high and pumped well, so a major or normal dump has possibility! Wait for a couple weeks or months to get a lower price, then buy and hold until it reaches 9-10K USD again. There is a big chance that you have posted this because you notice that Bitcoin is going up in the last few days and you are one of the persons who have been attracted with it's recent price movement. Well to tell you honestly when people are attracted with an asset because it is going up then you know it is the WRONG time to buy that asset and that includes Bitcoin. Right now isn't the best time to buy Bitcoin since it already went up, buying right now means you won't have any margin of safety and you will just double your risk in holding the position. The best time to buy a crypto asset is when it has bottomed out during a crash, this just assure you that it won't really go down any further and all you have to do is to play the waiting game for time it will go back up above.

Their could be either good or bad, but at least it was your decision.
Try to get as much knowledge before you decide, but price can either jump 100% or fall 50%, noone knows that.

I'm talking about Bitcoin's price here so I don't have any clue where you got your reply about the number of users "rapidly increasing" since it is a different topic. If you are assuming that Bitcoin's price is going up because it is used more often now then think again since the state of Bitcoin being a payment method hasn't develop recently and the price movement we are experiencing now is just a taste of a bullish reversal. Simply there is no demand involve of it being a payment method for now all the price movement you are seeing right now is just purely technical and nothing about demand.

Because of the Bitcoin halving the price have surge, now trading at 8600$, that's huge if you ask me, if I were you I'd wait for the halving to be over, I'm sure few weeks after Halving price will go way down, that will be the best time to buy, always avoid buy at high price

If you are new to trading and don't know when to enter the market, it's better to not time the market and go for Dollar Cost Averaging method ie. invest small amounts regularly (weekly/monthly) rather than investing a huge amount at a specific time.
As far as where to buy Bitcoin, I would suggest localcryptos.com (no KYC, non-custodial & P2P exchange) irrespective of your location

Yobit is a shady exchange, it's better to avoid using such exchange. There are lot of scam accusation threads opened against Yobit. Btw, what does halving has to do with hard forks?
