Google and Facebook allows employees to work from home until 2021.

A while ago it was reported that employees of these two tech giants were expected to resume their work in their respective office’s by June or July, but in a major development employees of both Google and Facebook will now be allowed to work from home until 2021.

I believe this decision shall influence many corporations across USA as they too will allow their employees to work from home, but won’t this particular move harm Trump’s plan to restart the economy? as many employees are getting paid less to work from home, or they have been laid off till they can get back to office.

More than 32% of households say they’ve lost income since the pandemic began. About 26% of Americans who are currently working say they’ve experienced a paycut, while 36% are working fewer hours.

For those who are able to work from home, there are disparities depending on the level of education they’ve attained. About 71% of workers with a bachelor’s degree or higher are now working from home compared to 32% of those without a bachelor’s degree.
 
About 26% of those with a high school education or less say they can work from home, compared to almost 80% of those with postgraduate degrees.

About 69% of the American workforce is either unemployed or fears losing their jobs in the next 12 months, a massive shift from just a few months ago

Google and Facebook seem to have predictions that this "PANDEMIC" will not end quickly, this actually adds to the public's concern because we all know that Google and Facebook are high-tech companies..  I'm worried about those who can't work at home (not Google or Facebook employees) because not all work can be done at home, the majority of workers in the world are field workers..

Many tech related companies started their work from home process since these lockdown gets extended with no actual end date so people learnt to live with that, yes these two companies will influence other companies to do the same but if there is no client for these big companies then they may not pay all their employees that is why lay off is in process but the real effect can be observed in long term.

There are two things that people have to note about a decision like this:

1. Google and Facebook employees are going to be very happy with a decision like this. Their morale is going to go up as they see that their company care about their health, and the health of their families. Makes it a lot easier for people who have lung issues or have families that have these issues, so they're just going to be able to work from home without feeling like an outsider - as many are going to take up this opportunity.

2. This is going to MOST LIKELY save Google and Facebook a large amount of money -  They're not going to have to operate a large number of their extra facilities for their workers - such as their food court, and other amentities. They have to do all these things from home.

Also: This is a large scale test in if working from home can work well. If it does, and workers are found to be as efficient or more efficient when working from home, then they're going to be able to save money in the future by hiring more and more workers to just work from home all the time.

Even they have a large company base still that are freely working on it, still, they need to follow their rules but having a huge responsibility still they need to work. Those large company does not want to waste a huge amount of money just like this pandemic outbreak still they need to maintain their systems up. Also because of this crisis, there is much more number, active users, because they are in their homes. The Google and Facebook decision on home base does bring more comfortable to their employees. It is a huge disaster if they stop their service.

I think this is the right step.
Although I think that the virus will be forgotten soon, because something new will appear.

I think that in the future everyone will have such work that gives a lot of free time for spiritual development, for some personal interests, for spending more time with family, etc.
But it will not be right away. We still have to get to this.

A 'friend of mine' was once one of (supposedly) two guys at Godgle world-wide who were authorized to work remotely though he did agree to travel back to mothership periodically.  For show as much as anything since he mostly just surfed the web no matter where his ass was seated. 

My guess is that both Google and Facebook will ultimately move their main campuses to Israel.  Both probably recognize that the Bay Area is going to experience a catastrophe which will be practically 'biblical' so-to-speak.  Both will have played a big part in setting it up.  I'll be interested to see if this 'until 2021' policy fits into my estimates here.

Almost everybody I stayed in touch with and cared about with a couple of exceptions have bailed out of both of these increasingly disgusting corporations.  And when the chips were down recently we see that all of these giant tech firms as well as most governments work in lock-step with one another to censor, confuse, and mis-inform the sheeple.

A 'hive' has exactly one queen bee, and none of my technocrat friends are going to be it.  Indeed, they have vastly more ability than the financial people who will be playing queen-bee.  They and they practically alone have will have the ability to be a threat to the durability of 'the hive' when it is fully up and running.  I suspect that they may pose to much of a risk and far from being given a seat at the table their very existences could be in question.  Not a single person I know who is still in the game recognizes the danger.

The coronavirus situation has given enterprises around the world the opportunity to try a new mode of operation that allows not to spend huge amounts of money to provide employees with office space, equipment, lunch, etc.

Naturally, many of the companies have realized that it is possible to continue working in this mode and to benefit from it.
