In some aspects we can say that buy it for long term is good option for us but for the events happening on the world I can't say it will be a good decision to do so since I believe theirs perfect timing for everything and since there's a pandemic I cannot assure things rotating on it since we might gonna lose if this will continue. But I cannot disclose the opportunity given since as of now I'm monitoring the market flow and waiting for the correct timing to enter again.

Well, it had possibilities, even in January, I thought we are gonna have another bull run like 2017, but after Coronavirus and all this harm throughout the world, my expectation is gone now! I don't think it will happen this year, there was huge hype about the Halving but you saw Bitcoin price did not increase enough. Though I don't want to mention 3800$ collapse, that was manipulation for a very limited time.

But theoretically speaking, this whole situation with the virus is a serious crisis. Bitcoin is an anti-crisis asset and therefore such conjuncture should contribute to an increase in its prices, right? I think the situation will be clearer after the situation with the virus becomes more predictable - at the moment there is no clear model that would describe the end of the epidemic.

It is difficult to know, bitcoin is sold as being an asset that is countercyclical and as such if the world markets go down it could be expected for bitcoin to go up, there is just a few problems with that theory, many of the people invested in bitcoin also hold assets in other markets and if they face huge losses then most likely they have to sell some bitcoin to make up for those losses making bitcoin more more closely related to other markets, and also this crisis is not monetary in nature, it was brought by a virus which means that all markets should be more or less affected despite their intrinsic differences.

the potential to get to that price is there. but, it's not clear at the moment. however, the rise in the price of bitcoin has not even exceeded the price of $ 10,000 today. so far, the price is still stable in the range of $ 9k, exactly $ 9500. however, it might take months before the price of bitcoin seems to have great potential to reach that price.

Timing is everything but looking for that precise time would really be always a question on our mind thats why we do see lots of technicals and fundamentals floating
around because we know on how unpredictable the market is.There's covid but we do saw the crypto space hasnt been affected much which means we cant really correlate
real life situations or scenarios but same as you said we wont know if this pandemic would continue which would heavily affect each countries economic state will surely

I think Covid isn't a serious problem. The investors they will buy as soon as they see a big opportunity, so they will not wait until the pandemic ends. 20k is hard but it is quite possible this year, we have 7 months to see the result.

The virus isnt gone and most people are still in the targets for future trouble, when its possible for people to write those words its gone un-ironically I suspect we'll have a second bump in cases and it might even repeat history and be worse then the 1st bout of cases.   Hope we dont see that but seems people expect the trouble to decline going forward when it can be worse as we have to deal with both the clearup of previous losses and future cases still happening.
  Somehow I think we are still complacent, 20k in this year would an extreme flip to the 3k low.    If price is going that high, the situation, graphs and possibility has to develop alot more so its 1 or 2 years out imo.

for now, this is indeed very difficult to imagine, because the price of $ 10k is still quite difficult to achieve. according to speculations that I think, the price of bitcoin will not reach the price of $ 20k this year, only the range can reach $ 10k to $ 15k. however the halving just happened last month, so its development and potential have not yet been seen.

Speaking of development and potential, Bitcoin has already showed that from the last two halving. Now, we are in a very different situation, and we don't expect a price similar to what happened before. I have been reading the same topic every month or the next about this question,Why can't we move on from what Hype
of 2017 brings us and just be facing the reality of
 life now?market is not going anywhere close to that price this year or even the next year because the effect of Covid19
 will continue being a burden of every people in the
world.even Rich people are now taking this crisis seriously because this is not just a sickness but this is a virus that has
 no cure until now,so Please exceeding to more than
 20K$ was not an prospect now instead we are monitoring maintaining at least 10k or 5 digits value and too far from 20k$
.and also why not just let your self busy in many things?

The same questions were asked during 2014 to 2016, only difference was whether the price will cross the all time high valuation of 2013 and this will continue on in the future  .

We dont know that yet but there is a possibility that bitcoin can touch or even higher than 20k usd before the end of this year or after as we can see there is a very good support in 9k and with in just a small period of time bitcoin touches 10k and lets hope bitcoin can touch 15k and up soon.
