Do not consider BTC Halving growth to bull season, it's not, after halving is over bitcoin will dump in price, whales will definitely make that happen, it all depends on Bitcoin price and I doubt Bitcoin can grow over 11k before the halving

BCH has nothing to do with bitcoin halving and BCH halving has already passed and that doesn't make sense to think there was an impact that will be received by BCH due to the bitcoin halving.
It will not grow big consider BCH depends on bitcoin right now.

But when Bitcoin is adjusting back to a lower price, the prices of altcoins begin to recover. A massive drop of Bitcoin's price may also cause all other cryptocurrencies to fall, though.

No,,, no connection other than the fact BCH will always rely on the success of BTC in the end. Miners do like to switch back and forth on Bitcoin and BCH though as I recall, changing whenever the difficulty goes down alternately on either network since the switch is very easy to do.

By the way why are BCH people making a lot of noise lately?

nothing is impossible in the crypto world, anything can happen especially since BCH has always been following the movements of bitcoin in every stream.
remember the current BCH price is very far from the ATH price in 2017. it could be with the BTC halving event making the altcoin market bull run again.

Judging by the previous bitcoin halving, yes BCH is expected to grow but it might be as big as you said because this year halving is already predicted not to be much of bullish and the reason why BCH will grow is because of it utility, support level and the bitcoin halving effect which was the one thing that help most altcoin in the market.
With that been said, invest in BCH is not advisable cause the coin is somehow centralized and highly manipulated.

There must be an exception for the bitcoin fork coins to do up caused by it's already overpriced. This time BCH or BSV are not doing the same caused by bitcoin's chart is much more volatile and impressive compared with those fork coins.

I must say that that doesn't make sense to thinking the correlation between BCH and Bitcoin halving, Remember last months BCH has already got its halving too and nothing happened.

BCH can grow on BTC halving, that is why as you know ETH is one of the best altcoins. But if we want to see ETH price, it is just 187.10 USD, on the other hand, BCH is 233.31 USD. There is no huge difference between them if BCH can show us a huge price, which means BCH can be more profitable in the future. If we said after the halving something will be better. No doubt it is just so hard to predict something and to know what will happen.
